Been looking for authentic African food around Charleston for over 3 years and finally found this place. The owner was amazing,clean and delicious food. Clean place too. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy African cuisine.

Although we didn't book online because Google Maps indicated it was a restaurant, we found that it was actually a takeout place. The staff was very accommodating and took our orders promptly, with our food ready in about 40 minutes. The main highlight was the extensive menu, and the food was definitely worth the wait, it was delicious! However, she indicated that they will be relocating to be able to establish as a functioning restaurant.

The woman cook attitude is horrible and she has 0 customers service skills! The restaurant is a hole in the wall so it's no where near a comfy dining experience.

I am afraid that the food is simply not the same. I got the Eugusi with chicken and an order of chicken feet. The chicken in the egusi was old like days old, the flavor is still great but chicken was tough from being old. The chicken feet super tough and inedible, but the sauce they were in was delicious.

So my fiancé is Yoruba and I travel for work and I have been missing her delicious cooking I absolutely love Nigerian food and let me tell you this spot is exactly what I was looking for in home cooked food I got the egusi stew with chicken and fufu along with the goat meat pepper soup it a was perfectly flavored and authentic I wil be back for more I definitely recommend this spot

Horrible is an understatement. The man lack good customer relation and the food taste horrible. This is not suppose to be anything close to Nigerian restaurant. I advise anyone not to visit here. Ewwww
