$20 for a junk cheeseburger, cold hard fries, and small drink. Entire chain on my never again list.

Super grease is there ingredient and a heartattack is the dessert, sidenote there is zero vegetarian options, be aware

Pretty good burgers for the price. Better, cheaper, and more food than 5 Guys. I got double charged and I'm still waiting to see how it shakes out. Make the stop, but keep an eye on your charges

My first time here and Smashburgers and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu, (my only complaint is the menu is an eyesore and hard to read from easily). My food came up fresh and hot. The burger was delicious and filling. It was quiet and clean. I observed the staff staying busy during slow periods and even asked me if I was good. I would highly recommend this little gem. Fast friendly service and all smiles!

The food is great. The shakes are just okay. All of the condiments on the table and the napkins need to be refilled. The service is poor and unprofessional, but it’s fast food so expectations were low to begin with

Smashburger is ALWAYS good! I normally get the black bean burger. Now, they have a barbecue smoked brisket sandwich!! It's a $12 sandwich by itself. But, it's Smashburger. So, I wouldn't expect anything less.

Tried two different burgers. Both were really good. Bbq bacon was my favorite. Sweet potato fries needed a touch more salt but also very good. Will be back.

This place is so inconsistent. Never the same, but this is the last time.
Ordered thru Grubhub, so not their fault. Ordered my burger basically plain.
No mustard, ketchup etc. I know, I'm weird. But the pic below is the exact reason I order it plain, so I can add the extras myself.
If im over reacting please let me know.
Please note I like my burger plain, just cheese and ketchup. Which I listed in the special instructions area. Gross

I have never been treated this way by anyone working, ever. The lady behind the register was absolutely rude and straight up lied to me about my food being ready. My husband ordered ahead for pickup at 7:45 and I got there a little after 7:30 and I told her it probably wasn’t ready yet, but gave her the name just to check and when she said there wasn’t a bag up there with that name. I said I was totally fine waiting because I knew I was early. 7:53 rolls around and I’m still waiting when another lady working there asked for my name. Sure enough, both bags that the first lady checked were mine and then my milkshake had been sitting there too. The receipts on each bag and shake say 7:35, so it had been ready the entire time. When I mentioned this to her and asked her to remake the shake because it had been sitting for 20 minutes she was so rude, lots of attitude and refused to remake it. I asked her why she lied about my food being ready and let me sit there for 20 minutes and she just gave me an attitude face. I asked for her name and she said Amanda, but she knew I was very mad, so I’m sure that’s not her name- cameras don’t lie though, so if they’re so inclined, the manager will figure out who it was. I was legitimately appalled and honestly will never go here again. She totally ruined it for me, it speaks volumes to the type of work and demeanor accepted here.

And of course everything was cold, not lukewarm, but cold, when we got home to eat. So that ruins the entire meal with lettuce and whatnot on the burger. And not to mention fries and burger buns don’t reheat well. Overall, a totally horrible experience. This isn’t a super cheap place and I may as well have flushed $30something down the toilet. When we want burgers again, Smashburger is out- looks like we’ll be visiting Wayback Burgers.
