Smashburger

I liked the chicken smashed burger and fries.

I have never been treated this way by anyone working, ever. The lady behind the register was absolutely rude and straight up lied to me about my food being ready. My husband ordered ahead for pickup at 7:45 and I got there a little after 7:30 and I told her it probably wasn’t ready yet, but gave her the name just to check and when she said there wasn’t a bag up there with that name. I said I was totally fine waiting because I knew I was early. 7:53 rolls around and I’m still waiting when another lady working there asked for my name. Sure enough, both bags that the first lady checked were mine and then my milkshake had been sitting there too. The receipts on each bag and shake say 7:35, so it had been ready the entire time. When I mentioned this to her and asked her to remake the shake because it had been sitting for 20 minutes she was so rude, lots of attitude and refused to remake it. I asked her why she lied about my food being ready and let me sit there for 20 minutes and she just gave me an attitude face. I asked for her name and she said Amanda, but she knew I was very mad, so I’m sure that’s not her name- cameras don’t lie though, so if they’re so inclined, the manager will figure out who it was. I was legitimately appalled and honestly will never go here again. She totally ruined it for me, it speaks volumes to the type of work and demeanor accepted here.

And of course everything was cold, not lukewarm, but cold, when we got home to eat. So that ruins the entire meal with lettuce and whatnot on the burger. And not to mention fries and burger buns don’t reheat well. Overall, a totally horrible experience. This isn’t a super cheap place and I may as well have flushed $30something down the toilet. When we want burgers again, Smashburger is out- looks like we’ll be visiting Wayback Burgers.

I wish I could give a three and a half, but I will round up to a four. This is a great place for a basic burger with no frills. The food is good, but not exceptional or special. It came out quickly and the staff was nice, but I don't see myself going out of my way to stay here.

I haven't been here in years, like I was here when they sue to sere. Turkey burgers & had the fried stringy onions.. Unfortunately they don't have it anymore, but the chicken burger was good. Not dry, lots of flavor, & the service was nice & the atmosphere was peaceful! I got a strawberry & dragon fruit lemonade which was very refreshing.

Walked in an as a previous review stated there was a bit of a staring contest. I finally ordered my food and got my number to find a seat. I guess they was closing in a about an hour so they close down the back seating section early. The food came out fast and it was very delicious kinda greasy but good. I tried the bacon smash burger and the fries.

This is my go to burger place. The food is always hot and delicious. The staff is top notch.

Absolutely smashing smash burgers at Smashburger’s. If you enjoy a burgers you’ll enjoy a smashburger. Plus the fries are crispy and tasty

Service was great the staff were amazing. I believe they were teens and 20s that work there, but they were very professional. They were not using their phones. They were very polite, professional, and clean. No one was standing around. They kept themselves busy whether it was cleaning tables or wiping down counters or stocking items. This was my first Smashburger I ever went to, and they left a wonderful impression. Milkshakes were also amazing.!!

Loved the bacon smash burger and the smash fries were a good touch!

To the gentleman working all by himself tonight because nobody else showed up to work, thank you. Thank you for working so hard and being so nice. This man was the cook, the cashier…everything. I felt bad I had placed an online order. The company owes you for staying open and being all by yourself. I sure hope someone see’s this. He kept a positive attitude through adversity and deserves to be recognized and deserves to be paid triple for today. Bless you. Also my food was so yummy :)

Family had the smash burgers; everyone approved ~ especially our 15 yr old, highly approves! And after a 7am swim meet!
:) I had one of three available specials; turkey burger= outstanding!! TRULY! Very juicy & thick, flavorful caramelized toppings& gluten-free bun! On the tables~ habanero hot sauce, perfect touch. Lots of GF/V options! Can’t wait to go back for the plantains, Brussels, & jasmine rice bowls! Yum. Open late Fri-Sat too! Thanks guys! Best wishes!

Fresh and well seasoned! Delicious!!!

No beer or wine. Still on the menu, but they do not carry it. Fast service! Smashed fried taste kind of like Lay's sour cream and onion. I like them!
