Can’t lie I didn’t expect the quality burgers we got. I was overwhelmed with taste and options. This is my new burger joint. Staff was awesome and that hot sauce was excellent! Don’t forget the Brussels sprouts, they are slamming!

Had to drop in for a late bite and, even though it was close to closing, Mia and the manager were very kind and helpful. The food was delicious (black bean burger w/brussel sprouts) and the restaurant was very clean.
After a very long and tiring day, this experience was well deserving of a 5 start review.

Service was terrible, they don’t greet you at all. It’s like you’re not even there. Then When she handed me my food she just handed me the bag and walked away like she had an attitude.

Just started eating here, but now have been 3 times ! The burgers are cooked to order - that means they are hot 🔥 when you bite into them. Thx fries are also fresh and delicious. The All-american is easy on the budget and very tasty. IMHO these even best 5Guys and much less expensive. The staff are always very nice and courteous. I wish they had wifi for those dining in. Bon appetit 👨‍🍳;
Dec. 28th - I finally tried one of their shakes - it was quite a disappointment. Also, my food wasn't as fresh as normal. There were different staff working; the cook had to interrupt the waitress from her phone that I had walked into the restaurant. I'm hoping this was just a one-time lapse in the quality of food and service I had become used to.

Pretty good burgers for the price. Better, cheaper, and more food than 5 Guys. I got double charged and I'm still waiting to see how it shakes out. Make the stop, but keep an eye on your charges

My first time here and Smashburgers and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu, (my only complaint is the menu is an eyesore and hard to read from easily). My food came up fresh and hot. The burger was delicious and filling. It was quiet and clean. I observed the staff staying busy during slow periods and even asked me if I was good. I would highly recommend this little gem. Fast friendly service and all smiles!

The food is great. The shakes are just okay. All of the condiments on the table and the napkins need to be refilled. The service is poor and unprofessional, but it’s fast food so expectations were low to begin with
