Ordered a meal and a shake. They didn't send the shake. Said they were out of ingredients for the shake. Claimed to have called me 3 times but I don't have any missing phone calls in my log. They were literally ready to keep the money for the shake without actually giving me the shake.

I stopped in earlier this week 25min before close. Despite it being late I received nothing but the best customer service, Amaya the worker who took my order was nothing but respectful and answered all my questions with a smile. I don’t normally like to push it so close to the closing time but I had just moved into a new house and hadn’t gotten a chance to eat. Food was great and the restaurant was insanely clean!!

Food was OK, I have had better burgers. Being I dined in I would have expected the cheese melt to look a little fresher. But the cheese looked dark like he may have sit for a bit. Onion rings were a little greasy.
Very good burger. Was fresh and veggies on burger were fresh and crisp also. A delicious experienceDietary restrictions: I have an allergy to beef. Luckily smashburger has a turkey burger that us AWESOME

Best burgers in the lowcountry! I got the classic double smash, smash fries, and peanut butter shake. All were top notch! I highly recommend you try this place if you're in the area.

I probably wouldn't go back here. This place was way expensive for burgers that weren't good. They weren't seasoned, tasted like the grill. For two burgers, a regular fry, two large drinks, and a kids meal was $42. I'd only go back for the freestyle

Eat here frequently, the service has always been kinda slack, unprofessional employees, just nothing great. Came in tonight and waited 30 mins for an order wings. Everyone else at my table was done eating by the time they came. When asked about them 20 mins after they were ordered, the level of ignorance of a response I got was beyond me. Without checking on the order or anything was just told wings take longer to cook. I always wonder why there never seems to be many people in here, guess I know why now. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
