Get the brisket parfait!!! We also got the clucker taco, spicy chicken sandwich, fries and mac&cheese. Such a cool place to bring the family and enjoy nice weather. They are also expanding to include a stage for live music. Must try!

My husband and I have been passing this place forever and kept saying we have to try it. We finally did and all I can say is it was amazing. Food was incredible and what a cool atmosphere. Highly recommend and we spoke with the owner a bit what a nice personable guy. Just a great place!

We have been driving by the food truck and this corner for nearly 5 years and finally stopped to check it out… WOW! Definitely putting this one on rotation. Food was excellent. Smokin’ Gringos’s is the real deal. If you’re looking for a plate full of incredible bbq this is the spot, their fusion with Tex-Mex is cherry on top. Their portions are huge and the flavor is dynamite, it’s a 10/10 recommend.Parking: Parking is a gravel lot that wraps around the whole complex.
Awesome food and loved the atmosphere, felt like we were on vacation on an island just off the cruise ship. And staff only added to the experience. Could have hung out here all day.

I'm an Over the Road Expedited Truck Driver. I delivered not far from here. I was looking for a meal after sleeping most of the day. I liked the reviews and came here. They had just closed. When I said I was looking for dinner for my birthday, they were kind enough to tell me what they still had left. I got pork nachos. It was absolutely delicious. I will definitely come back when I'm in the area on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. Thanks guys.
