Do not come here on Veterans Day. My family and I came here today and was turned away because there Veterans Day ended at 1pm, mind you we got here at 130pm and there website states Veterans Day starts noon-3pm. Was not willing to accommodate and told me that they have been slammed pack since 0600. Bad business and bad advertising. There was only one person in front of me and MAYBE 3 people inside.

The manager Johnnie is absolutely horrible to those kids. She yells at them. Talks down to them. Berates them every chance she gets. She's a terrible person to be running that store.

Waited 50 minutes for smoothies at this location, did an online order said 15-20 min to pick up, showed up around that time then waited at the store for 30 minutes. Would NOT recommend.

they don’t answer the phone and when I ordered delivery they did NOT safely package my food. My drink was unsecured and my bag was left open to be manipulated. This world is too crazy to be so careless with people’s food.

Sooooo this is not topical of me to give this type of review, but this is literally the second time this happened. I Called before I arrived and asked to place my order over the phone because I know they are about to close and from the looks of things they start to clean up way before closing time. The fist time they made my order I arrived 10 till closing time and after I briefly explained that I was not from this area. Now this time around after know my last experience I called and explained I was not too far and they said if I arrived before 9 they would still make my order but when I arrived all I was told was that they were sorry but that they already cleaned up. After apologizing several times to me I just gave up. Oh and it was 3 min till 9pm but this is the reason I called before making my way to this location!!! If I would have been told I would no be served I would have not spent 10 more min driving wasting time and gas just to have to drive back empty handed. Guy please work on your communication and fallow through with what you say you are going to do and also is you dont take take orders 10 minutes before 9 then you should specify this somewhere on the website on the front door or when someone calls!!! Thank you for your attention to this review!!!!
