was just there and there were several cars whose orders weren’t being taken including mine. i waited in the drive thru and it was only 7 pm and they started shutting it down… it doesn’t close until midnight. everyone was leaving because nobody was taking anyone’s orders. extremely unprofessional and bad service.

Absolutely amazing experience! Food was on-pointe and service was immaculate! The lady at the Drive-Thru was so sweet and caring. They are currently in the process changing the drive-in signs so it was a little noisy but you can't rush perfection and definitely can't blame them for improving themselves. Highly recommend and will be back! Thank you Sonic for a great experience!

I ordered a double smash burger without cheese without smash sauce with lettuce and with mayo and with tomato and what do I get? I get a double smash burger with cheese and smash sauce and nothing else. It was a slow night but they definitely screwed up my order.
Wow. Where to begin? When we parked & ordered, the employee taking our order sounded like we were a major inconvenience to them. Not pleasant at all. Then , we waited 40 MINUTES for our food. When they finally brought our food to us, we were missing some items. Waited another 20 MINUTES. Ha to get out to the car, knocked on the door MULTIPLE times, ignored multiple times. Finally, someone acknowledged us after another 5+ minutes, to say “oh I forgot.” Now we get to enjoy cold food.

A Saturday night, yes you should expect a crowd, I know my wait will be longer than usual but my visit this past weekend was awful. Went to drive thru, no line at all, sat there at the speaker for a good 10mins no answer, ended up leaving and going to a stall. Pushed the button and sat there for 15mins, no answer again. Left the restaurant completely. Very disappointed.
So slow. it literally took forever for us to get JUST DRINKS. over 40 mins. FOR DRINKS. and there were only 3 other cars at stalls.
