So tired of everytime I go to this store my order is WRONG! I just went 4/6/24 @ 11:20ish am an order a sonic breakfast burrito, and Meat burrito and a sausage Croissant the "meat burrito" only had bacon and egg in it the "sonic burrito" only had Sausage in it. This is becoming a point that I don't even want to go to this sonic anymore. I will drive 15min out of my way for now on!

This location is has 0% accuracy. I order on the app so there is no miscommunication with what I am ordering and I never order anything overly customized. Just adding bacon to the cheeseburger. They are currently 4 for 4 with not putting bacon on it. Next visit they left a burger out completely.

This has to be the worst Sonic ever. We ordered 2 unsweetened teas with diet cherry and extra cherries. When we got home, we discovered they just gave us unsweetened tea with a handful of cherries. I should have known better as this is the third time that we received the WRONG THING. It is very unfortunate since you have a prime place for people to stop off on the way home. You do not deserve to be in business with this level of service. Looking at the other reviews, you should know better by now.Sonic as a cooperation is generally good, but come on guys, this order was not rocket science.

Ordered an Ultimate breakfast burrito on line with changes. Arrived and got the burrito hand delivered to me within 1 minute. BUT, should have checked it before I left. No tater tots, no extra cheddar cheese (which I paid for) and it had the spicy cheese sauce I had asked to be removed. Extremely disappointing. Not going back.And NEVER leave a fast food place w/o checking the order. ?

I used the mobile app to order ahead. I requested sauces. No sauces were brought and two different requests were required. I got the fried pickles which were hot but not crunchy at all. The batter was soggy. Just kind of disappointing. Good beverage though.

My third app placed order that was 100% incorrect. Wrong burgers, no pickle fries, no drinks. I like to give a place a chance as I know there are flukes. But 3 freaking times?????? I’m so disappointed. I recognize it’s fast food and not the end of the world. But can someone do their job please?
