Just came for the turtle truffle nut with added Reece's cups and the hot fudge with peanut butter master shake. So good, can't be the ice cream with a 10' pole.
Normally I would give 5 stars. The staff is super friendly. Yes it may take sometime to get food, but that's how it goes when it's busy sometimes so nothing against that. Now usually it's staff that is the problem. But again. Very friendly. Always ask if I need anything else and so on.. ON THE OTHER HAND the big back bulk manager (darker lady) is super rude. Dosnt ask if you need anything and pretty much just throws you your food and doesn't say anything else.. super rude.. girl if you hate your job leave.. sorry to bother you. I would say maybe shes having a bad day. But that must be ALOT of the time.. besides her everything else is good. Sad part is I go there often. Just a piss poor attitude. At least the employees are friendly. But then again. I think they were brought up in households with respect.. S(he) could learn a thing or two from the younger ones!

They’ve really been killing it here the last several months. Staff is ultra-friendly, which is hard to find around here lately, especially in the fast food industry. Food comes out quick. Orders have been right every time. I’m impressed!

Food was great. Restrooms awful. Go to eat, fast and really good!
Just waited 30 minutes to get my food, complete waste of time and this isn't the first time. Thankfully the screen didn't give us the option to pay. So we left after pushing the button a second time and waiting another 10 minutes. Had to go to the 7 eleven next door to use the bathroom. Went to another place and got home in less than half the time we waited at Sonic.
Multiple stations are out at any given time. You rarely get any toppings beneath the surface if ordering the Blasts
Good food but customer service needs an attitude adjustment. If staff can't be friendly, they shouldn't work here.
