We just used Trish and her team for our Derby de Mayo 🐎🌮💃🏻 party. Trish created an amazing taco spread and Mexican themed dessert station. Everything was absolute perfection and our guest raved about the food. She was also super mindful of my husband’s dairy and shellfish allergy, which I was so appreciative of. I would absolutely use Southern Bear Catering again the next time we are hosting an event!

Southern Bear Catering was a big hit for our extended family graduation celebration in a rented beach house. Everything was delicious and it felt so much more relaxed, personal and special than a restaurant.

We couldn't have asked for a more professional and friendly staff.  The presentation was beautiful and all of the pack up and clean up they did was a real treat.

Even though there would have been more food than we needed, I was glad that we ordered extra and didn't have to worry about shopping, prepping, and cooking for a few days.

Thank you Trish & staff for contributing to wonderful memories for my family. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you and will certainly call for our next occasion!

Our wedding event was Saturday, January 27 and from the planning to the very end of the night the SBC crew was on top of everything. They were so easy to work with and made sure everyone was taken care of before, during and after. Plus the food was amazing! The ribs, chicken and the to die for pasta! They even gave aid to the bride when she had a nose bleed.We also rented our chairs for the outside ceremony and the most beautiful depression like beverage glasses. The glasses were a huge hit. You cannot go wrong with SBC and Trish Sams!

My husband and I used Southern Bear Catering for our post-elopement party and we have nothing but good things to say about Trish and her team. From choosing the menu items with Trish, to set up at the AirBnb we rented for our event, everything went absolutely seamlessly. We especially loved the passed hors d'oeuvres, but it's hard to center that out alone because the meal was so good, too! Exceeded any expectations we could've had!! Trish and her team were amazing, all of our wedding guests were talking about the food days after the wedding. One of her staff members stopped what he was doing to run get something to clean the cupcake of my 2 year olds face. Very friendly, easy to work with, just an all around great experience!!! Highly recommend them for any event!!
