Normally when I go to this Starbucks location I’m always greeted with a fine welcome and cheerful worker. After a slight absence, I went to Starbucks, and wasn’t greeted well at the order box while also being rushed to take my order. When I got to the window I wasn’t greeted at all and just had the card reader shoved in my face not to mention the man was wearing a dirty apron, later handing my a balled up napkin. I’m not used to this location having such bad customer service but this specific worker did not give the expected service.

I ordered an impossible sausage due to the fact that I don’t eat meat products and got a regular sausage sandwich. Not even offered a refund.

Absolutely reported to Starbucks CS. Ordered an impossible sandwich as I have not eaten meat in 7 years and they handed me a bag that had the impossible sandwich sticker on it, but a real sausage egg and cheese sandwich inside. I ONLY knew it wasn't the impossible because I have had the impossible before and knew that this bread was different.....on top of the fact I'm driving 22 hrs and have my dogs in the car, I had to inside for them to correct this, the reason why I chose Starbucks in the first place is because I trusted them and I can't go into a place due to my dog.

I ordered the same venti frapp I always do and it was $12 here but everywhere else in the area it’s $7….so make sure to check how they charge you for stuff.

I order the same drink at every Starbucks location and this location somehow makes it different every time. Sometimes its too sweet sometimes its not sweet at all. Today it tastes like theres no caramel syrup, just espresso, milk, and ice. The employees are fantastic, super energetic, and kind. I just wish they’d all follow the same recipe so I can enjoy my caramel frappe.

Rude teenage girl at drive through when they were slow and empty!
I usually have a decent experience at this location. However the young lady at the drive through was very rude. I was inquiring about bring clean cups from home to the Starbucks establishment, I think that is very unsanitary for Starbucks to accept what they think is clean cups from someone house. I visited this location at 6:00 1/11/24 will not be returning again. The young lady at the drive through made my experience bad.
