Tatyanna was amazing as she was running the store by herself. You'd think she's been doing this her whole life by how easy she makes it look, all while also carrying on conversations with her customers. On top of that, the coffee tastes amazing! She definitely deserves recognition & a raise!!
I always go to this Starbucks with coupons I receive from Starbucks in my email but this morning Meg told me they don't accept coupons at this particular location. I told her many times I have used coupons here and never had an issue and she said there is no way she can take it because there isn't a button for her to push. I told her they always manually put it in on the cash register and she said then contradicted herself saying maybe they did it in the past as a courtesy but we don't take the coupons. Courtesy, no it's a coupon from your chain and there's nothing in the emailed coupon that has the stipulation that says only at select or participating stores. Needless to say I left without ordering anything, because she only wanted to argue about it. Zero customer service. I left and went to Biggby instead and won't be back.

The Barista was amazing and so kind. I have Autism so sometimes I ask a lot of questions about the food but she was friendly and patient and made my drink perfectly ❤️

The past two times I’ve gotten a pumpkin chai, it has tasted like pumpkin for 1/4 of the drink and the rest has tasted like straight milk. It’s frustrating because it’s a $7 dollar drink… it shouldn’t taste like iced milk.
