Tatyanna was amazing as she was running the store by herself. You'd think she's been doing this her whole life by how easy she makes it look, all while also carrying on conversations with her customers. On top of that, the coffee tastes amazing! She definitely deserves recognition & a raise!!
The Starbucks in Harris Teeter in Sawmill Village is less than... Far too many times, they will be out of what I'm wanting. Whether is chai, raspberry/strawberry cup lids, caramel, or breakfast sandwiches, it's always something. It makes it very frustrating first thing in the morning when in need of more coffee or a breakfast sandwich... more could be done for sure!
Everytime I get coffee from here, they are always more interested in talking to each other, and not paying attention to the order. Yesterday, I got a pink drink. She literally poured the milk on top of the pink part put ice in it and handed it to me. Didn't even bother to shake it. My goodness come on the drinks are expensive. Do better.
