Ordered a couple of drinks for pickup and had some issues, so we went inside to get them fixed (willing to pay of course). When we walked in there were probably a crowd of 4-5 employees gathered by the register, none acknowledged us or attempted to help. One of the ladies who was working the drive through saw us and happily fixed our issue- I wish I caught her name to give her the proper acknowledgment because she provided exceptional customer service.
First time in a long time where I have been completely satisfied with my Starbucks visit. I’m new to the area and chose to pop in to the cafe to get work done. It was definitely busy, but the barista were really pleasant and took the time to make the cutest little heart shaped latte art before adding the cinnamon. No one looked depressed or sad to be there. The music was great and the gentle bustle reminded me of Starbucks back in the day. I know managing busy crowds on a weekend...
recently visited Starbucks and had an amazing experience thanks to Willow and the other team members. Willow was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel valued as a customer. She went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect and even took the time to answer my questions with patience and a warm smile.
