Ordered my Frappuccino and it was amazing. The wait was very short, I scanned and paid. Couldn’t have asked for better service. A plus in my book. Will return because even in a hurry the entire visit was seamless. Thanks Starbucks!!
Ordered a couple of drinks for pickup and had some issues, so we went inside to get them fixed (willing to pay of course). When we walked in there were probably a crowd of 4-5 employees gathered by the register, none acknowledged us or attempted to help. One of the ladies who was working the drive through saw us and happily fixed our issue- I wish I caught her name to give her the proper acknowledgment because she provided exceptional customer service.

This Starbucks at 101 Sigma Dr is one of the best I’ve visited! The store is always clean and well-organized, creating a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy your drink. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming — they make every visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommended if you're in the Summerville area!
