I shouldn’t have to be sitting in line 30+ minutes everytime I order from here. My usual Starbucks in Mount Pleasant could never. I’ve been in lines longer over there and it doesn’t take that long. Bad management this will be my last time over here

The employees were pleasant and patience with my friend order in the drive thru. She can be a bit picky sometimes but Pleasant. They were young kids too taking the order so I really admire their professionalism, must have a really good manager at that location.

God their black coffee is terrible. Bitter and burnt.
If you like macho choco BS lattes you might enjoy this but calling Starbucks a coffee joint is laughable.

I placed an order to have three drinks picked up at the Starbucks on Thursday at 4:15pm. On my app, it showed that all three of my drinks were completely ready once I arrived to pick up my order. Two of my drinks were ready. My third one was sitting over by the blender, along with another cup for someone else’s order. There was a lady that was working the drive-through and then there was one gentleman that was making drinks and taking care of the register. He began making someone else’s order that got messed up from another barista. He then noticed me standing there waiting until he was done talking to that customer to ask where my third drink was And that I noticed that it was by the blender sitting there, and he told me he would be with me in a moment. He began to continue making their two drinks and that’s when I noticed the drive-through lady go over to the blender bring another cup and move the 2 cups that had Order stickers on them to make her order. That’s when the gentleman told me that that lady would be working on my drink, but she clearly was not because he walked over to it and then saw my name on the cup. He then started making the drink, put it in the blender and then walked away. He was very rude, never apologized or really said anything except I will be with you shortly. Normally, when people are making pick up orders, it’s because they have a place to go not because we just wanna do it just because. My order that I got had cold foam on it and it doesn’t even look like whole film. It just looks like milk that was frosted and my husband’s drink is the same way with no toppings or anything that we paid for. I understand that this is a busy Starbucks, but when people are making pick up orders, I would think those would be done before hand and I Understand things happen, but the drinks should not be labeled as ready if they are not already. I was even late to pick up my drinks so they had plenty of time to make them. My family and I will definitely not be coming back to this Starbucks. We will be finding a different coffee shop. We’ve had Multiple bad experiences at the Starbucks.

Rebecca was a great barista. The service was great and her attitude was amazing. Absolutely the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Definitely coming back again!!!

I always use door dasher and my drink was delivered with no type of cover lid to keep anything from getting in to it.. I couldn't drink it I had too throw the whole drink away.. And that was a freaking waste of my money, and I am still freaking heated 😤

Be more patient with elderly customers. My 65 year old mother went through the line this morning because I was caught up dealing with my child in the hospital. I typed her a “script” so that she could order correctly. It was a simple order just a cafe mocha with oatmilk. The person taking orders in the drive through was impatient with her and extremely rude. My mom is an extremely passive and soft person and I’m wondering if you treat her like this how you deal with actual rude customers? Not everyone can be a teenage or 20 something year old barista, and what’s common knowledge to you guys isn’t to an elderly person. I know people can have bad days but in this case where there is no hostility on the customers end there’s no excuse for the sassy behavior. Remember you never know what people are dealing with and one day you will be older too and need some help. And I sure hope no one treats you this way once you get there. I frequent this location and they are always out of stuff and messing up my orders and I’ve never left a bad review but this was the last straw for me. Any Starbucks location in this area is better than this one. No wonder they are one of the only locations having 3 stars. Makes sense

I have been here multiple times and the service is always slow. In addition, they are always out of sauces, syrups, etc. The inside doesn't have enough seating either.

The people working there are just awesome. They always leave nice notes on the cups. Not only that, but I had to cancel my previous order because I wasn’t able to change the delivery address anymore and they still gave me the order with my new one 🙌🙌🙌

Went in at 7:30 and was told they are closing !! Not supposed to close until 10 - customers were sitting in lobby - and no reason as to why they are closing early !!

I’ve had a few good drinks from this location. For some reason everytime I order a matcha with oat milk+nondairy cold foam they ring it in wrong and give me regular milk. I’m vegan, so it is really a waste of a drink. When I ask for it to be remade it ends up being worse. I was confused why my mom always drove 20 minutes to another Starbucks location… now I understand!

Last year went on my birthday free coffee no problem. This year (yesterday) needed the app but my wife and I share the app and you can’t link them. Ok I’ll download the app but no you can’t download it on your birthday cause it takes a day for it to register I was told. This place is normally good I spend a good bit per month here was just a little salty on the no birthday coffee! Prime example of stepping over dollars to pick up Pennies.

Chase

Location is consistently understaffed. Not the employees that actually show up to works fault though. We live in a time where corporate says the FTE for location is sufficient, employees on LOA, call out with zero work ethic. Employees that were actually working were great and trying their best. Unfortunately felt like they were on a hamster wheel. Get the district management staff in here to work a Saturday at this location and be in the trenches with their staff.
