Two baristas on a Saturday morning clearly didn’t want to be at work, complaining about other customers. Ordered a black tea that is shaken in a shaker, homegirl literally “measured” in the cup, then poured it in the shaker and the measurements were off, watched her NOT SHAKE IT and then when she poured it back in it had bubbles bc duh and I asked her if she shook it and she stopped and shook her head yes…like I couldn’t see her. I get not wanting to work on a Saturday but Starbucks isn’t cheap and these people should realize that. If you’re making something wrong and then you blatantly lie about it, you’re not a good person. Dear this morning baristas in this specific target, have the day you deserve.

I stopped by Starbucks on a busy morning and was lucky enough to be served by Tony. Despite the rush, he maintained a calm and friendly demeanor, chatting with each customer while efficiently taking orders. When I mentioned needing a pick-me-up, he recommended a double shot of espresso, and it was exactly what I needed. His upbeat energy and personal touch made my hectic morning feel a little brighter, and I left with a smile and my favorite drink in hand!

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Tony at Starbucks, and he really made my day. His friendly attitude and menu knowledge helped me find the perfect drink, which he crafted to perfection. It’s clear he cares about his customers and creates a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

the only thing i would change is giving those baristas a raise. they dealt with the chaos of when i arrived there today with grace. it was very busy around 2:45 pm and while i did have to wait they were apologetic and my order was correct. great job today!!

Today me and my two kids came through to get our shopping drinks as we usually do during our target trip. We experienced the worst hospitality/compassion. My toddler asked to hold the Christmas rubber duck while I ordered our drinks. But instead one of the girls behind the counter came over and told her she could not hold the rubber duck that was on the counter. Not even for a second. Was she kind about it? Absolutely not. It’s Christmas time, as a busy parent it would’ve be so nice to be able to order my drinks without a screaming child who did not understand why she couldn’t hold a bath time rubber duck for just a moment. I don’t need to point names. That lady and all the other ladies who watched her showed there true colors. I’ll be ordering my drinks at a different Starbucks from here on.

Honestly, I would leave no stars if I could. Whoever the young lady with glasses, ponytail and tattoos is who was answering questions about dairy does not need to work with public. Rude is an understatement. It felt like it was a problem my child had a dairy allergy and I was asking questions. She did not make us feel welcome to be there at all. It was almost awkward she was so rude and bothered just by questions because of an ALLERGY
