I want to share an experience I had at this location a few weeks ago. Nick, absolutely a 10 star employee. I was having an awful day. Everything that could go wrong did. Tears in my eyes I made my order. I always get the caramel ribbon crunch with extra crunch. Somehow that extra always gets lost in translation until this day. He made the perfect drink. I stopped by Starbucks on a busy morning and was lucky enough to be served by Tony. Despite the rush, he maintained a calm and friendly demeanor, chatting with each customer while efficiently taking orders. When I mentioned needing a pick-me-up, he recommended a double shot of espresso, and it was exactly what I needed. His upbeat energy and personal touch made my hectic morning feel a little brighter, and I left with a smile and my favorite drink in hand!
