Your drive thru baristas are running a scam with the card readers. They pass you the card reader to tap for a tip and three separate times now they pretend to drop the reader slightly as your selecting the tip to force you to select the higher tip amount. I always tip but this is the third time this has happened. It appears accidental but they catch the reader right as they see your finger over the higher tip total. It’s deceptive and management needs to look into this

The Cane Bay Starbucks location is so inconsistent. I get the same drink everyday minus some weekend days from Starbucks. I usually go to the Nexton location Starbucks and it is right everytime. I went to Cane Bay today to save sometime with traffic and inconsistent again. I have never had to ask the nexton or any location to remake a coffee, when I went today I sat in the Drive-Thru for over an hour both times pick up and to turn around to ask them to remake one of the two coffees I ordered, every time you ask for a remake they act like it's a big deal. Even the one they remade was not right. Just skip this location all together and go to the Nexton location you won't be disappointed.

Whoever was working at 5pm today a dark skinned sweet girl that made my drink definitely got cracked last night not only was it good but it looked so pretty ( Carmel ribbon crunch frap with 2 pumps of vanilla and 2 pumps of dark Carmel and then like the cup with caramel is my order)

I’ve come to this Starbucks on and off several times and it isn’t very consistent- but this time is actually so bad I’m not even going to finish it. The picture doesn’t even do it justice- this is a caramel ribbon crunch frap with extra caramel drizzle, an extra pump of frap roast, and a shot of espresso……yet it tastes just like blended ice and with a trace of watered down coffee. It is pretty bad. Had I not left, I would’ve said something at the store. Normally I don’t bother to write a review for a drink that is subpar, but this is unacceptable for a $8 drink.

I visited my neighborhood Starbucks on Friday to pick up a Chamomile tea I first fell in love with during a recent trip to DC. I placed a mobile order for pickup, which was ready when I arrived.
The tea cup didn’t have a sleeve, which made it difficult to carry initially. Thankfully, an employee kindly grabbed one from the back when I asked. I couldn’t help but wonder—why wasn’t the sleeve already on the cup, especially for a hot tea that had been sitting in the pickup area?
The tea itself was slightly cooler than expected, but still had the flavor I enjoy. The store was clean, but the drive-thru line was incredibly long, so I’m glad I chose the walk-in option.
All in all, a decent visit—but the team should pay a bit more attention to the small finishing touches that make a mobile order feel as thoughtful as an in-store experience.
Always love coming to this Starbucks. The staff are fast and friendly and the order has never been wrong over the past couple of years we’ve been going there. The inside and outside seating is comfortable and there’s plenty of it.
