9/30/25 I made the mistake of placing a pick-up order at the wrong site(Sigma instead of Carnes) The young lady that came over to re-take my order at the drive-thru with no issues despite it being at the wrong location I THANK YOU!! Thats great customer service.. I wish I knew her name but if she reads reviews she will know its about her. She was very sweet with no attitude. Thank you again!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my father received at this Starbucks location. He is a loyal, regular customer and has never had issues placing his order before. While his English may not be perfect, that is absolutely no excuse for the employees to laugh at him or treat him in such a condescending manner. This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on this store’s standards.

Service was great. I requested to sub the milk in my drink for a dairy free option not thinking about the ingredients in the cold form. The wonderful barista made sure to let me know there’s dairy in the cold form and asked if I wanted to sub it out too. Thankfully I’m not allergic to dairy but that was very thoughtful as that could be serious for someone who is allergic. Great job!

New location. We've been here several times since they've opened and have always had a good experience. I like the design atmosphere of this store over many in that it seems to be brighter and lets in more natural light.
I was the only one in line at the drive through, the girl told me to drive around because the drinks weren’t made. You had 4 drinks to make and no one in line. This is the 3 time these girl are young and play too much. I think I’ll just drive to Harris Teater, you get a lot better treatment. This crew at this store is horrible .
