9/30/25 I made the mistake of placing a pick-up order at the wrong site(Sigma instead of Carnes) The young lady that came over to re-take my order at the drive-thru with no issues despite it being at the wrong location I THANK YOU!! Thats great customer service.. I wish I knew her name but if she reads reviews she will know its about her. She was very sweet with no attitude. Thank you again!!!!
Service was great. I requested to sub the milk in my drink for a dairy free option not thinking about the ingredients in the cold form. The wonderful barista made sure to let me know there’s dairy in the cold form and asked if I wanted to sub it out too. Thankfully I’m not allergic to dairy but that was very thoughtful as that could be serious for someone who is allergic. Great job!
New location. We've been here several times since they've opened and have always had a good experience. I like the design atmosphere of this store over many in that it seems to be brighter and lets in more natural light.
