Food was great, but they randomly put black olives on my sandwich? Good thing my boyfriend loves them but it was kind of weird.

very rude lady working the counter today around 7:30pm, told me she was “tired of walking” because i wanted to do orders separately and mind you, no one was in there for the whole time that i was. just making a bunch of side comments to me. didn’t offer to warm anything up, didn’t ask any questions. aggressive with making my order. very rude lady.

I’m very, very annoyed tonight. Lesson learned: if you are going to order your sandwiches via app, just don’t. Or if you do, check your sandwiches before leaving the parking lot. If I am paying $16 for a sandwich, there better be everything I ordered on that sandwich. Every sandwich I ordered was incorrect and very wimpy looking (one was double meat that I paid almost $5 extra for). The receipts that are printed to read and to make the order based off of are so straightforward that I believe a five year old could make these sandwiches better. I don’t know if imbeciles were just working tonight or they simply just don’t give a rats ass but I am very, very upset about it. If I did not live over 30 minutes away, I would have drove back up there and they would have remade each sandwich from the beginning. So long story short, just be mindful when using the app.

I used to eat at this Main Street Subway, but since the new management, they're stingy with their ingredients and from time to time straight out rude. They don't take any of the subway issue coupons.

I order from here often and my sandwiches are usually decent but I have notice my sandwich has less and less meat on it the last couple times or it cut extra thin to the point the sandwich is most likely bread.

They have new management and I am not very keen on them. I used to go to this particular one at least 2 a week but I will no longer go. What's worst is the prices of the San Francisco sandwich were the same but they were very skimpy on the ingredients... While they're owned by non-americans, they have learned to do a modern American tactic... Less for more! Don't worry Subway McDonald's is doing it too!

Terrible service from staff. Trying to pick up separate orders and one of either the employees or whoever takes it upon themselves to cancel my second order claiming the coupon is for “new customers”. Ridiculous, should’ve known by the other reviews this subway was trash. One down the street work no problem and was happy to take the orders with a smile. 0/5 stars.

337 North main ingredients summerville is just disgusting. I went in for a meatball sub the girl started fixing it but she had on a heavy coat. I noticed the sleeve of her coat on the bread. I kindly informed her that her coat was on the bread. She stated she knows and continued making the sandwich I politely asked her to stop, throw that bread away and remover her coat to make my sandwich as her sleeve was touching the bread. She took the bread and put it back with the other bread and got another bread and started cutting again. I told her that again her coat was on the bread and her coat is not clean and this is unsanitary. She said it will be OK im not removing my coat. I requested a manager or supervisor number she then stated there is none. I asked her name and she said Shenla (couldn't really understand). Then a manager pull up and she began telling him she's clean. I let her speak and informed the manager of what I witnessed. He said we'll she will be very careful. I and just astounded at this point. BEWARE THIS IS A NASTY PLACE. YOU NEVER KNOW WHO YOU COME IN CONTACT WITH. IM A WHOLE PHYSICIAN. THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THEE MOST NASTIEST PLACES. I HAVE BEEN. THE FACT THAT SHE JUST PUT THE BREAD BACK AFTER I INFORMED HER OF HER COAT TOUCHING THE BREAD IS CRAZY. DO NOT GO HERE.
