Me and my boyfriend order our food online. We got the buy one and free sub. This time it was a horrendous experience with the employees over a sandwich that was a mistake. Soooo. The employee was making sandwiches from left to right and my boyfriend's sandwich was the one with peppercorn. He didn't notice that was his Sandwich until the man was already fixing other people's sandwiches along with ours. We asked the man if that was our sandwich and he said yeah. My boyfriend asked if they could remake over. The employees agreed until it was a so-called manager( lady in photo) being belligerent towards us. We also were told it wasn't any Italian herb and cheese bread for our sandwiches but instead, we were lied to and another customer got it. She also tried to refuse service from us and the lady but the nice older lady ( customer) helped us out because the manager wanted us to pay for the sandwich we didn't touch or eat! It's never that serious over a sandwich! Never will come here AGAIN!!! STOP BEING CHEAP!! Treat others like how you would want to be treated!

App order placed for pick up and when I arrived 10 minutes after the time they hadn’t even started the order and looked confused. Then they proceeded to speak to each other but never offered an apology to me. When the order was done and bagged he slid it on the counter never thanking me or again saying a word about the wait. Lousy customer service and I’m pretty sure it was the owner himself.

They have the section hidden so I couldn’t see the meat on my sandwich!! How disappointing! You don’t know how fresh the meat and the amount of meat what that guy put in. Won’t recommend it

The sandwiches were great. The cookies were disgusting. Usually they are delicious and soft. This time they were over cooked, hard, and gross. I also did not receive all of the cookies I ordered.

Wow 👌. Bread was soft and chewey with just the right amount of flakyness on the top. Veggies were bright green, crunchy and cold. Meat was tasty. Just the right amount of the condiments. Both my sandwiches were so good I had to eat half of each when l normally only eat a 6". Will be back for certain.

Ordered on the subway website last night and got my food delivered and spent $30 on two sandwiches that were completely wrong! Both breads were wrong and supposed to be toasted and got them not toasted and completely cold! Called and ask to speak to a manager and told him what happened and he tried arguing with me saying that he made the order correct and got rude! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION they are AWFUL!

Stopped in for a quick lunch; this was my first time at this location, I ordered my usual The Cold Cut Combo sub w/ a drink & cookies. I couldn't see the guy put the meat on my sandwich because they have that section hidden so when got back to my office and opened my sandwich, I seriously disappointed to find that the sub I paid $13.00 for only had bologna on it.
