I’m not sure if everyone was having a bad day, but I wasn’t greeted when entering the store or when I was waiting for my order to be taken. One girl was more concerned about orders for people who weren’t there. After about 10 minutes of being ignored by the second employee behind the glass, thankfully a young man came around to restock & noticed I was still waiting to order. Again, my order was taken in silence (very awkward) & both employees seemed to be in slow mode.. extremely slow mode. If the third employee who was restocking didn’t say something, I’m not sure when I would have been helped, considering when I left the same employee was doing the same sandwiches she had been working on before I even came in. Will not be returning

I have online ordered my order to be ready at 12:30. Got there and there was a line for orders and a line for online orders. After waiting fir 29 minutes PAST my to be done time she told me I could leave and they would credit me back my money to my account. I have NOT RECEIVED my money back and they DO NOT answer the phone at all!! Ver, very upset!! I gave them another chance and they totally blew it!! I want my money back!!
Went in just as they were closing. The staff was so nice to us and quickly filled our order without a complaint. So very pleasant. Best fast food service in a long time.

3 restaurants turned us away. Waffle house ran to close their door. These folks stayed after closing to ensure that my granddaughter and I were able to eat. She had been at a practice for a performance that would occur the next night. Big ataboy to this subway location and their very personable staff.

I’m very disappointed in this particular store. I went to order some subs for my family and everything I had ask for was unavailable. We settled for what was available. There were no cookies and only 1 Gatorade no ranch no pickles no mozzarella cheese no meatballs and so on . I purchased 2 foot longs a bag of chips and 1 Gatorade $17.95 . When we got home to eat the bread was extremely hard and crumbling , and the taste wasn’t the best either. I grabbed up everything and drove back to the store. When I got there the employees did not know how to do a refund. I asked for the manager there was no manager available. I left my telephone number and name for a call back, and never got one. The next day I called the store and ask for the manager, the manager was still unavailable. I was given a telephone number for the manager but never got an answer. Just a waste of money I pay for something and couldn’t even eat it.

Ordered and the service was good. Only problem was that we had coupons and they do not honor them anymore. There is a sign on the counter stating that the price of food has gone up and they regrettably can not honor them. I can not understand how they can legally stop honoring coupons they have printed. I can see them not printing any future coupons, but not honoring the ones with valid dates, so irresponsible and wrong.
