Took me 30 minutes to get a sandwich with only 3 people in front of me.

Bread was old, yesterday's bread. I was here before 9 am and the cookies were old and crumbly. They either don't have cookies everytime O go or they are dried up and broken. Very little meat and cheese

The two working the late shift in Boonehill rd always take the longest time to make the sandwiches I stood there 15 before they even got to me and this is the second time I’ve ordered sweet onionTeriyaki and the same person wasn’t going to warm the chicken up as it’s done at other subways I don’t believe that they are trained very well

They are always kind and courteous, and I am now eating at this subway several times per week!

First time bad experience @ this location. I put in "Special Instructions": no tomatoes on the wrap (there were tomatoes in the wrap); I asked that my flatbread order be toasted....it was NOT toasted & there were onions in the flatbread sandwich which were NOT ordered. The order was placed @ 12:15, picked up @ ~12:35...there were no customers waiting on orders @ the time of pick up.
Online ordering with pick up had worked great on several prior occasions. Not happy with THIS experience

I go to the subway all the time and I get great service. But tonight there was an employee there that I feel handled the busy situation very professionally for a young lady. I made sure to get her name before I left. Her name is London. They had online orders and people waiting in the lobby. She maintained a positive personality and made sure every customer got exactly what they needed, this is what we need out of the younger generation with professionalism, no matter what your career field is!! I don’t know if Subway reads this, but London definitely is an employee you need to keep on your staff. And just for the record, I don’t know her!

Zero stars. The workers here are terrible. This is the second attempt coming here. First time waited 5 mins just to be told that the toaster is down. The second time I come in there is no one in here but two employees that are not paying attention to anyone in the lobby except for online orders. They took about 15 mins just for those orders. Then when preparing mine they were so slow. I have been to so many subways and this one is by far the worse. The employees weren't wearing their name tags so I can't give names but they are terrible at their job.

Me and my wife Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for my food thru door dash all because this subway failed to notify me that what I ordered they did not have . Instead of offering a different meal to offset the $10 sandwich I specifically ordered they sent my order to my house without my meat ball sandwich . I spent a total of over $30 for food . This establishment needs new management.

So let me say this I actually never had any issues with this subway before today! The other workers like Miss Jennifer with the beautiful braids have been really kind to me but it’s this woman name Melanie in there that is extremely rude she said out loud “she always does this when she comes here” just because I never want her to make my sub because she is rude she showed exactly why I don’t want her touching my food bc of her nasty attitude!! Melanie also put gloves on to make a sub then wiped her nose right after. That is gross and unsanitary. I will be calling her boss and she will be fired! I promise you that! You do not treat customers that way and I’m pregnant to top it off! But other than that they were amazing. Thank you Jennifer and goodbye Melanie!

My husband, and I ordered through the online Subway app. We ordered the tuna sandwich which was a bogo deal. The app never verified our order to be delivered, and it was left outside on the ground for an extended amount of time. We have copies that at no time was it delivered. I called the store to complain, and the worker simply said he would have the manager call me, but said it was out of his hands as he was unaware that any delivery happened, and blamed it on Dordash! The sandwich was inedible and warm. We only received one sandwich which cost us $20 with the fees incurred. I would very much like a call back to explain this poor experience. Thank you.

Rude employees, overcooked cookies and wrong cookies. Subs barely had toppings. Paid $2 for extra meat and didn’t get it. Should have known better than to eat here.
