I work restaurant and I really hate to write reviews like this, but I was genuinely excited to try this new place out and support local business. I was gravely disappointed. Placed a takeout order on Cinco day, had to wait two hours — that’s fine, I know what hectic days are like. The lady who brought out my food was super kind. Once I got home, I realized I didn’t receive my queso. I called and the lady refunded me. Cool! As we delved deeper into our meal, we discovered more problems. My boyfriend’s burrito was missing guacamole, which we paid extra for. My burrito was missing salsa and beans; the chicken was so dry and mashed I mistook it for old pork. I tried to call the store a few times the next day to resolve these issues, but no one answered. Not to mention I tipped $20 and spent over $80.

Today was my 1st time at Summerville Burrito Co. The customer service was awesome and the food was amazing. Fresh ingredients!! I will definitely be coming back.

Tacos, nachos and quesadillas were very good! My only gripe was the inaccuracy of the menu on Yelp. It gives you a choice of sides for the quesadilla and tacos. Instead of it actually being a side dish, they put it all into the tacos or quesadilla. So in essence, the tacos are extremely loaded. Have Yelp or restaurant make a note that the sides are what go into the taco. Because someone might not like their beans and rice in their tortilla. Overall, great food, will be back!

I do not recommend Summerville Burrito. Especially through a delivery service such as DoorDash. They are clearly unable to read because they sent me $30 worth of tacos with no meat and incorrect toppings. Save your money and check out Taco Boy

I'm going to go ahead and say right off that this place is by no means a standard Taco joint. This is like a pizza hut version of a Taco place trying to make the big leagues. That being said, the price was right, the service was great, and the portion size was massive. They can do a little better with the overall feel of the place and the flavors of the food. I may be back again but with all the options for tacos out here in Summerville, it isn't at the top of my list.

I’ve worked in the food industry there’s no reason other than lack of proper management that the employees should be moving so slow and showing each other memes on their phones sorry but y’alls phones and slow pace are going to make y’all loose customers

First time ordering from here. Not worth $40! Ordered 1 burrito, a kids taco meal, and nachos. Kids meal was supposed to come with chips and salsa, a cookie and a drink according to their website menu. Only got the taco!!!! They said they don’t give chips and salsa with it anymore. Ok...where’s the cookie and drink!? The burrito was small, expected it to be big like the ones at Moe’s for as much as they are charging. Won’t do this again.
An excellent burrito! And the Arnold Palmer using Cilantro-jalapeño-lime-ade (suggested by Marshall) was the jam! Very well done. We'll be back.

No attention to detail. I ordered brown rice, I received old crunchy white rice. I payed for extra sour cream and cheese. There was no sour cream or cheese. I even tipped. I tried to call and complain.. I couldn’t do that either. Never again. What a waste of money.

I’ve ordered door dash with them twice not counting my job catering with them. Their food is amazing especially the tacos and chicken salad. I work at a vet so I don’t have the time to take breaks like anyone with a different job so I wasn’t able to drive there tonight to do a pick up order since I was unable to order an item through door dash so Alana (I probably spelled that wrong sorry!) really helped me out with my order and I really appreciated it. Great customer service goes a long way and says a lot about a company so thank you again to her.

This is the best place in town for tacos IMO...Consistently Good...Yeah there's MOE's, Taco Bell etc, but this local place puts in the effort. It is the go to choice in our household for take out.
