I have been seeing swank desserts on my tiktok feed and decided to stop by while I was in Summerville today. My family and I ordered the strawberry and champagne macaroon, oatmeal cream pie, their famous banana pudding as well as their cookies and cream cake. My son is now obsessed with macaroons! And I’ll be dreaming of their banana pudding. 10/10 recommend stopping by and giving their shop a try !

My sister and I got the banana pudding and the honeycomb iced coffee. We both agree the honey comb alone is epic, the iced coffee is standard but if you like it sweet like me push the combs down and let them dissolve a bit. Pudding was bomb

I was on my way home from work and I saw Swank Desserts on my maps and thought I’d check it out. As soon as I walked in the smell of bleach/cleaner was so powerful it really did ruin any kind of appetite or appeal for a treat. There was a line and one girl working whom was very quiet, didn’t look at anyone, didn’t welcome anyone in, didn’t say anything along the lines of “I’ll be right with you”. The vibes gave off like an “abandoned cake shop/understaffed/in the middle of doing a deep clean”. I tried a few macaroons and was severely disappointed. The flavors of the chocolate raspberry did not complement each other at all and mostly just tasted like I ate a 1/2 cup of sugar. Maybe I just caught them on a weird day, but this was quite an underwhelming experience :(
Edit: are they remodeling? Because it gave such a sad look when you walked in, boxes everywhere /very little desserts but I’m looking at other review pictures and there’s a lovely glass case and it looks very presentable? So maybe they’re just moving things around today?

Macarons were delicious. Came about a half hour before closing so wasn't much of a huge selection. Definitely recommend visiting but come early

Ooooh! This place smells incredible!!! And the goodies they make are top notch! I spent a good bit, but worth every dollar. Thank you Swank Desserts for the tasty treats we had today. The owner is right, forget about the calories!! lol 😆

Went for the first time today. Was so excited to get the birthday cake since Monday is my birthday and I've been sad and missing my dad, not relevant, but anyway, I got a thing of the banana pudding for my coworker and he absolutely loved it! But the birthday cake tasted really odd. The texture and flavor of the icing was not edible for me sadly so that was almost $10 wasted. Would recommend the pudding, but not the birthday cake
