Thats how we were welcomed into this business. We arrived at 9. We were reminded more 3 times as we ate.
Very poor management.

We have attempted to visit this location 2x during business hours and doors have been locked.

This place is so amazing! You will have a great experience grabbing your sweet treat, especially when Jacob is working because he always keeps things extra organized and provides amazing customer service.

They do not keep up with what flavors they have. I have ordered online and they are always missing almost half of their flavors and never update it online. In result after my order is placed and the money comes out of my account I receive a call in regards to my flavor of choice not being available. Its extremely inconvenient to wait that long just to get that call. Especially when the manager could be preventing it.

I got the chocolate and peanut butter yogurt both had no flavor and tasted like water. There was a good variety of toppings available.

Kid-friendliness: We went for our daughters 13th. Server yourself dessert is a kids dream.

The ice cream and toppings were delicious, but there seems to be less of a selection here than the Goose Creek location.
With that being said, the customer service was awful. There was one young lady working who was NOT friendly. There were no sample spoons available or offered to try the different flavors. The worker also never asked for our rewards # and when we asked to have our $50+ order we just got added to our account, all she said was "I don't think you can do that." And walked off. No apology and especially no smiles or greetings the entire time.

I thought they only had sorbet, but they have 4 vegan soft serve options too!

Went with my family a couple of months ago and refused to get anything after seeing the disgusting state of the place. I didn't want to touch anything. The tables were all gross with sticky ice cream spills. The floor had crumbs and food and spills everywhere. The topping line had messes all over. The door was covered in handprints and smudges. We went after dinner, and it was busy when we arrived. There was only 1 young man working, and he was very friendly, but just ran the register and did nothing to clean the place. Once it slowed down, he just disappeared to the back. I'm shocked that only 1 person was working during such a busy time. There clearly needs to be someone to help clean during peak hours. I will never go here again.

This is our favorite frozen yogurt place! It’s always clean, fully stocked, and well labeled. We went yesterday to celebrate making it through the first week of school and the employee was very helpful, respectful, and kind. Another great experience to add to our books!

Kid-friendliness: I refuse to go anywhere that isn’t kid friendly. I’m a single momma to multiple kiddos raging ages 5-16. I always have kids and love places that are so inviting to them!

The guy was nice and the place was clean. But I am furious and fuming that there was NO banana frozen yogurt. I’ve been waiting so long to try it just for it to not be here. Makes me so angy

Luckily the ice cream is delicious, but I feel like I need a tetanus shot after eating here. Putting on a brave face for the kids, but the bathroom is disgusting, no toilet paper and grimy soap dispenser that barely works. Floors are covered in crumbs, woman behind counter doesn’t speak. There’s flies everywhere, I had to wipe down the scale before putting our cups on it while the woman watched, just to avoid getting ice cream all over the bottoms. Once we found a somewhat clean place to sit (challenging) I went to wipe away the drips of ice cream on the table and booth, only to find they are dried on there and won’t come off. I am scared to think about what things are like in the employee only part if this is what the customer facing side looks like ?

They were playing hard rock - actually very very annoying .. trying to sit and enjoy our ice cream and the mystic was so over welhming .. in addition at chr k out thru wanted me to TIP for what ringing up the register.. stocking the ice cream and sprinkles ..
