Waited in store for 58 minutes to get food. They served drive thru for 30 minutes before anyone even talked to the ten people waiting up front to order. Wild experience. Don’t go here the workers couldn’t care less. I mean it’s my fault for expecting anything out of Taco Bell but yeah waited one hour for food. Saw at least 6 people who had mobile orders just leave after no one even talked to them. Good work Taco Bell

Food is usually good and staff friendly. The taco shells were stale and left an after taste. Ps hours later I am still burping stale corn taco shell. GET RID OF THOSE OLD THINGS. This is not the first time.

To be perfectly honest, my expectations aren’t very high when eating Taco Bell. However, this place is a dump. After ordering food to go, I heard all the crap goin on in the back the entire time while we waited for food. I heard the F bomb dropped 8 times and about every other curse word in the book to go with it. The employees couldn’t care less that there are customers in the restaurant. It’s a hot mess.

I came close to 8pm tonight and they were severely understaffed! As soon as I walked in the door, the customers in there told me it was gonna be a while. I had already ordered on the app , but still had to wait. However, everyone remained calm and understanding! My purpose of this review is to point out that Hannah handled everything amazingly, with a smile on her face! She was with limited help and the pressure was definitely on her. But she was soooo sweet and kind! The customer service she provided is rare!
Also need to add. All of our food was hot and fresh!

Very disappointed. Placed an Uber Eats order which is taking them more than an hr to make a simple crunchwrap. The poor delivery guy had to wait outside for 50 mins. I even called in to the location but no one cares to pick up.

This is without a doubt the worst ran Taco Bell in the area. Don’t go for dinner and God forbid you go on a Tuesday. They make every car pull around and park. When was the last time and Taco Bell told you pull around and wait? 20+ min wait for fast food tacos? Never happens. Fire the manager or close the dining room down if you’re understaffed.?

Staff is always rude, everything is dirty, and they have literally never gotten my order right every time I eat or order from there, overall horrible resteraunt, only eat there because it is convenient.
this location never has it together, not fast food at all. Baja blast never in stock, it’s a terrible customer service. every single time that i come to this location it is terrible. I’ve given it many tries and at this point they need to shut it down & put a different fast food chain in because all in all they are losing business with the only one way to get in too. I put in an order for food and after 30+ minutes of waiting, I still had not received it. 15 minutes into waiting, I went up to the counter and me along with one or two other people stood at the counter with nobody acknowledging us the entire time. I eventually had to call for the lady standing at the drive-through window and I asked for a refund because I’ve been waiting for so long and still haven’t not gotten my food, and that proceeded to take about another 5 to 10 minutes.

I pull up to the drive through, the woman over the microphone asks to give a second. Perfectly fine. Just to realize she’s outside smoking a cigarette in plain view, forgets to turn her mic off and she’s coughing into the speaker lol. And she’s wearing a bright pink wing. Not hard to miss. That’s just a major turn off. Customer service was rude. And I’m sorry but if you don’t like working in fast food DONT WORK THERE. my food was a mushy mess. And I’m not eating it. Leaving this review in hopes corporate sees this. So anyways, rant over.
