I pull up to the drive through, the woman over the microphone asks to give a second. Perfectly fine. Just to realize she’s outside smoking a cigarette in plain view, forgets to turn her mic off and she’s coughing into the speaker lol. And she’s wearing a bright pink wing. Not hard to miss. That’s just a major turn off. Customer service was rude. And I’m sorry but if you don’t like working in fast food DONT WORK THERE. my food was a mushy mess. And I’m not eating it. Leaving this review in hopes corporate sees this. So anyways, rant over.

whoever was working the window was disrespectful, messed up my order, and just plain out not professional and seems like she hates her job. this is the second time i’ve came to this location and they’ve been rude to me but i tried to give them another chance.

I went through the drive-through which took about 30 minutes to get through. My order was taken and I was given my total. When I got up to the window, I was handed my food, but I noticed that my total was less than they told me at the window so I questioned it and I let them know that I was missing two Chalupa‘s on my receipt.(they handed it to me and didn’t even tell me they didn’t have the chalupas). I was then told that they don’t carry those Chalupa‘s. I then told them I wanted to order something else to replace it, but the woman told me she could not do that and I needed to get back in the long drive-through line and go back through and re-order. I totally understand that there was a long drive-through line, but this was their mistake. They told me the Chalupa‘s were available when they weren’t so to inconvenience me and make me wait in line for 30 minutes while my other food gets cold seemed very unfair to me. I told the woman this (her name was Alicia) And she would not help me. She repeatedly said there’s nothing we can do. As someone who has worked in the food industry, there was a simple solution for this… She very easily could have taken my new food order and asked me to pull around into a parking spot so that she could bring it out to me, but she refused to help me And insisted I needed to go back through the drive-through and wait another 30 minutes. Instead I re ordered, waited again, and by the time I got home the first order I had ordered was cold.
Alicia refused to see my perspective or come up with any solution to help me.
Terrible customer service and these workers could care less about you.

I ordered my food in the drive through, after I got up to the window to pay they told me they were out of a few of the items. They then told me to get back in line and re-order after waiting 30 minutes in line. Terrible customer service after they made a mistake.

I don’t know what is happening with customer service & good quality food. I came to this location due to my children wanting this. I get to drive thru and asked am I using the mobile app. I respond no placing order now. The girl replies well go ahead and order then. Excuse me?! I place my order while ordering “is that all” “is that all” I’m the one ordering I’ll let you know when it’s complete. I get to the window informed of total and provide my card. No Hello, thank you or you’re welcome nothing. Awful customer service…. Food is given to me I say thank you…crickets. I’m missing an order of nachos. They end up giving it to me. I should have checked my order before leaving. My daughter wanted 3 dorito nacho tacos. I can’t believe the crap they gave me. It was literally a tablespoon of meat. I call back and informed them that there is no way they put this scarce amount of meat on the taco. The girl responds that they are cutting back on meat and have been informed to make it that way! I let her know that they should let customers know this prior to ordering and taking money. I told her I’d be returning for a refund. She informs me the GM is the only person who can provide refunds and that she just left. I asked when would she be back. She informed me tomorrow after 12. I will back expeditiously tomorrow. This is absolutely ridiculous and I’ve ordered the same taco from a different location with none of these issues.

I went through the drive through and wanted to add another taco to my order when I got to the window. There wasn't a line at all. But the guy told me you can't do that and that the lady would keep yelling at him if he went to ask her to do it. So I just paid for what I had. I got home and his crunch wrap was soggy and my tacos had no cheese or tomato and very soggy lettuce. And I only live just down the street. So it didn't take me long to get home.
