Now I know why the place is always empty. Went there in a pinch and my order was wrong, missing my chips and sauce. The tortillas tasted stale like they were old and bitter. No one would come to the counter waited for someone to take my order and no one ever came, even though they saw me standing there. I had to use the Kiosk. So disappointed.

The servers who helped us were great and friendly. The food tasted good as it does at Taco Bell. However it would be nice if it didn't feel like the club. I have kids. I wanted us to sit in there and enjoy our meal before getting back into heavy traffic but there I was with my children hoping they were not listening to the explicit lyrics. Come on, it can be good music still and family friendly.

I hate to be that person and leave a not so nice review, but every time my boyfriend & I eat from here, something is always messed up or forgotten. I haven’t had my order done correctly since the place opened. Just go to the other one bacons bridge, don’t waste your money here !
The young lady at the window was very rude!We had to wait for our order, then after waiting for about 20 minutes we went inside to see the progress of our food. The whole staff had no idea we even ordered. We asked for a refund but was told, "We don't do that here." If you don't know how to do the refunds, just say that. Get someone who can.All in all, it was a bad experience. Some rude staff, nobody knowing what's going on. The food was okay.

Only car there at 9:30pm and they got the order wrong. my bean & cheese burrito should have sour cream in it, since I paid the extra $.60 for it. The spicy potato taco has 3 very sad, small pieces of potato in the entire taco. And it feels like it has extra chipotle sauce to hide that fact, when I ordered easy sauce. At least they got my brother's food correct. I feel like this was a complete waste of money.

The girl made me pull around then told me I didn't pull around to the front correctly and said "next time pull around to the right place because you backed everything up.... No disrespect" ? but it was rude pintos and cheese looked like soup ?

While in the drive-through, placing my order, I saw a young lady with the Taco Bell headset and hat come from walking from the Chinese restaurant through the drive-through directly into the restaurant, which was the same lady who ended up taking my money when I got to the window letting me know she did not even wash her hands re-entering the restaurant. I was then told when I got to the window that I needed to drive around and wait for more items on my order as they were not ready.I waited five minutes, then got out my car walked inside and told him I would just take the food that is ready. She then said very smartly. Your food is ready now I don’t know why people act like they don’t have patience. This lady was very unprofessional, very unsanitary, and I will not be eating here at this establishment ever again, they have ruined this new Taco Bell with horrible employees who do not care about their job. They are just there to get a paycheck.
