Very friendly staff.

Excellent ice cream made from yogurt. I love the strawberry kiwi mix. There are different toppings. Always, the guys are really kind.

I went in and had a delicious late night snack. Even those it was about 30 minutes to closing, Josh was very kind and let me get what I wanted and sit down and eat. I didn’t feel like I felt like I needed to rush or anything. Great hospitality. Great snack and Great yogurt!!! The manger should be proud of Josh , he was an excellent and kind person!!!

This place is a good sugar free option for frozen yogurt and never lets you down with toppings of any kind! 6+ different flavors to choose from as your base and lots of topping options to serve any need!

All of the signs lights were out, so they only got my business by me taking a chance and walking in. There was one person working and he was sitting at a table on a laptop watching something. Only got up once I walked in.
Store had a weird smell of sewage and was not the cleanest, I probably should have left. At least 3 of the soft serve machines were down and the toppings bar was messy and not very filled. While I still got something small (it was fine), I was very disappointed in the experience at this location and won’t be back.

Best TCBY in town !!!

10/10 definitely recommend they have the best frozen yogurt and lots of toppings to choose from. I came in last minute when they were closing but they still let me in and were so kind to let me get it for free ☺️☺️

This place is filthy and smells like sewer. The furniture had dirt all over it, the machines were moldy.. the toppings were old and moldy. If I could give negative stars I would.

I went to Tcby for my birthday and the flavors were terrible! No flavors of my liking and I tried some. Awful and they need to bring back,the better flavors they once had. Not to mention the place was Fithy! Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Will Not return and I wasn't pleased with the service either.

French vanilla was bright orange. No variety and most of the machines didn’t work. Hot fudge machine wasn’t working. I keep hoping this place would get better but the orange sherbet colored vanilla is the last straw. I should have just left without getting anything.

This is a GREAT STORE! It's clean and the is manager very nice! Very caring and GREAT customer service! This is the only TCBY store I will go to!

Kid-friendliness: Very kind friendly...the parents have to fix their yogurt though to keep the area clean.

It was hot! It was smelly! The pink lemonade does not taste like pink lemonade and it was ORANGE They are so expensive. The Icecream melted from the heat before we left the store and when was the last time they payed the light bill? It was burning hot in here. My frozen yogurt melted before I got out the store. It smelt very bad and the machine kept going after I let go. The hot fudge was chunky. CHUNKY. 0/10 don’t recommend. The Tcby more like tcwy. It was terrible. And to make it even better it was very pricey and DARK. When was the last time the light bill was paid. Summerville SC. will be going to marble slab next time
