By far the most overpriced thing I’ve EVER experienced and I’ve even to ski resorts and Disney world. Probably about 3-5x times what it should cost. Avoid if unless you want to be poor. It did taste good objectively but paying 28 dollars for 2 cups of ice-cream made it taste terrible. Highest profit margins in the world outside of the digital market.

came here around 7pm last night and the open sign wasn’t on nor were there any workers up front, so I initially thought they were closed. I checked the hours on google and it said they were open. I pulled on the door handle expecting it to be locked but it wasn’t. when i went inside a worker quickly came from the back. maybe they’re having issues with the lights but I don’t think it’s fair to not have the open sign lights on and pretend y’all are closed for the sake of not dealing with customers.

Door says 10pm. But they were closed at 920? Made eye contact with the girl she proceeded to hide in the back. Idk door says Saturday 10pm. Would think they would oblige. The girl was out of uniform blank tank top. I understand wanting to get out early but the door say 10.

Please repair your air conditioner. It has been down now for a couple of weeks. I am in and out but you shouldn't make your employees endure it. You charge enough to have a nice working environment.

While it might be pricy as many people are saying, thank you for making my little boy happy and myself by not charging me to switch his to plain vanilla ice cream. You didn’t know this but he’s autistic. I know he’s picky and likes plain everything but I figured he would like creating his own with the swirls and his favorite m&m! I was wrong and now I know! I will definitely be coming back on his next reward day and hopefully that’s soon :)

All but 3 flavors were down, the address is not correct. It hasn’t been updated on Google. It is next to Starbucks over near international blvd. Fortunately, there also have scooped ice cream.
It is a perfectly fine frozen dessert but it is a very expensive experience and I never feel like it is worth it for what you get

I went with a group of 4 adults and two teenagers. Cammi give the best customer service that I’ve seen from a young person in a long time. Don’t loose this rock star. I have been in food and bev over 20 years. If I still was I would steal him in a heartbeat
