Food was good but nothing out of the ordinary. Service was a smidge slow. Parking is horrendous most of the time (small shared lot). Overall, staff have always been friendly and food has not disappointed us. Its a decent place to go with friends and hang out to enjoy some food and drinks.
As a customer I've never had the issues the other 2 customers mentioned. Fact is you can't be mad that a restaurant is sticking to their style of food, food that has brought them many satisfied customers. I've been here quite a few times & never had bad service or food. Always clean, their staff is respectful & courteous, & prices are reasonable.
Had the chance to hit up this place recently and I was amazed. The food was fantastic. But the most impressive part about my experience was the service I received. The bartender, Joey, was incredible. Super friendly, on point with everything, and handled his bar extremely well. I will be returning to Knot Burger ASAP simply for his welcoming attitude and hard work.
