My rating would be a zero if that was an option. My family and I tried for the first time tonight. We had high hopes but were immediately let down. We tried to look past the shabby cheap look on the inside and give the rest a chance. Server was pleasant but our empty glasses of iced tea sat on the table for 30 minutes before she even came to the table, then we still had to ask for refills. She was more concerned with serving a group alcohol beverages from the bar. Too bad because I can assure you we would have tipped her better than them any day if her service was worth it. We had to ask for utensils which only included plastic forks wrapped in a napkin with scotch tape holding it closed. We received no other napkins. My husband said the meat for his fajita was good but the rest of the meal sucked and they gave him corn tortillas when he asked for flour. My son's hamburger and bun were burnt. My cheeseburger was tolerable but on the salty side. My daughter enjoyed her cheese quesadilla. Sweet tea was very good. Overall, not impressed. Super disappointed!

staff is very rude. if you call in an order they dont tell you the price. then they just hang up. when you show up its a 50/50 chance that they processed your order. go to the tiki taco on college park, atleast the food is good there!

Overall, it wasn't a bad experience but not great either. I've been before, and it was fantastic. However, it seems to have gone downhill some. Went in around lunchtime on a workday, so it wasn't packed. Service was more than fine. She was nice and still left a tip. The food was a bit lackluster. The consomé for the birria had no flavor. Along with the enchilada verde only tasting like lime. I'd give them another try, but it wouldn't be for awhile.

The food was terrible. My friend ordered birria tacos that came out dry and with the wrong kind of dipping sauce. My choriqueso was burnt and the chips were stale. My asada torte was mediocre at best. Not sure what changed but I will not be back.
