Been here 3 times and it has been very mid. Very fussy free eating but nothing super special. Very basic food and drinks. Server was not as attentive as most places but she was nice.

Just avoid here at all cost if you don’t want your card to be charged for tips that weren’t left. Me & a friend went here yesterday around 1pm. Paid $15.78 for the food which was fine. the service? SUCKED. waitress went MIA for a good 45 minutes. I left a few dollars in cash. Wrote “cash” in the tip area on the receipt. Well the charge was cleared today. Come to find out the server decided to add a nice little tip for herself. proceeded to call today asking to speak with a manager, got told to hold on. then 10 minutes go by. and they hang up on me…. then i proceed to call back asking for said manager, and get told “there is no manager” only to be hung up on again. Food is great, but better pay with cash.

Not a good experience. None of the food was seasoned at all, and tasted very bland. The only thing that was seasoned was the side of street corn (eloté), but even that was seasoned WAY too much. So much seasoning that I could not even finish it. The chips and salsa were subpar. The chips did not have any salt on them, and the salsa tasted like ketchup basically. No spices, just a tomato-y taste. The two dipping sauces they brought with the chips were also tasteless, and were very spicy and not enjoyable. Also, these were probably the worst Mexican rice and beans I ever had, and the beans were water-y. I ordered the Birria tacos with high hopes as my favorite Mexican dish, and the cheese tasted fake, and the actual birria/consumé once again just tasted like beef broth with no seasonings whatsoever. My wife loves tacos, snd she did not even finish them due to the tastelessness. To top it all off, both me AND my wife’s stomach felt terrible immediately after eating here. Needless to say I took a trip to the bathroom before I left. The ONLY reason I gave it 2 stars was because our waitress was nice and polite, and never let our cups go empty before refilling them. Unfortunately, we will not be returning here, or any of the other Tiki Taco locations.
