Don’t know what has happened to this place but sheesh what a disappointment. I spent $35 on 1 plate 4 wings egg rolls n Somme white sauce.
Never have I ever not been able to eat food because it was so nasty. Well tonight changed that. Could not eat the wings or the eggrolls. Look at the skin on the chicken ughh

This place is fantastic. The food instantly reminded me of classic New York–style Chinese food—bold, comforting, and done right. Everything was explosively flavorful, and even after a 20-minute drive home, the food was still hot, which says a lot about the care they put into it.
Ordering online in advance was super convenient and made the whole experience smooth and easy. If you’re craving legit Chinese food with big flavor and great execution, this spot absolutely delivers.

Noted Shrimp allergy. Got home to 3 egg rolls that had shrimp in them. Owner contact info nowhere to be found and this business is not listed on the BBB website. The manager offered a CREDIT FOR NEXT TIME and cannot refund. A credit fir next time??? So I can take those chances AGAIN?!?! GOOD LUCK !!!!

This was the worst Chinese food I've ever had in my life. The pepper steak didn't even look like actual beef and the taste was awful. PLEASE save your money and go about anywhere else. Trust me on this. The restaurant is rated 3.0. for a reason. I gave it the benefit of the doubt but the reviews were right, the food quality here is definitely garbage. This place should be close down. At minimum they should do a random health inspection, because I have a feeling that if they did, health inspector would probably close it down. Cane Bay deserves better than this.

So I called an order shrimp and broccoli with vegetable lomain without mushrooms. I’m very allergic to mushrooms which I stated on the phone. My husband picks up the food. There were extra mushrooms all over the plate. I took the food make they offered to fix the issue. Then when I got home and my husband look through the food there was still traces of mushrooms like they hand picked them out. Long story short I got a refund and will never eat there.

I was in love with their chicken wings until today. They changed to taste I’m disappointed. It took me months to find a place that make good wings. I’m from New York and No one is better than NY until Tokyo until today. They asked if you want Crispy or Extra Crispy I said neither I want it regular. But they gave me crispy. Listen you can’t go up on the prices and change what was already good to make it nasty and tasteless

Tokyo Express in The Market at Cane Bay is a largely undiscovered jewel. I found the food to be delicious, the service prompt and courteous, and the atmosphere as good as any Chinese restaurant I've frequented. I strongly recommend you give it a try. Having lived in the Orient, I find it to be very much like what I became acccustomed to.

Rude individual running the counter. No warm welcome or anything when entering business.
Also, when I handed her my card for payment she decided to return it to me on the table with receipt and food as if it was too much to return the favor and hand it back to me in my hand as she received it. Never any eye contact or anything. They will never receive any business from me or anyone I know personally again.
