Top Dawg Tavern - Summerville

Dinner was absolutely wonderful at Top Dawg Tavern! I went with a group of 5, they sat us very quickly despite being busy. All of us agree that it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere is very casual and comfortable. We had the sweet and spicy fried shrimp (HIGHLY SUGGEST) and the fried pickles for appetizers. Then I had the Tavern Cheese Steak with fries for my meal, and it was great!
Our server was Samantha and she was, without a doubt, the best server! I highly recommend Top Dawg Tavern to anyone who is staying in Summerville and needs a chill and fun atmosphere with amazing food and service.

First time eating from this place ordered wings to go, mild sauce. They false advertising from what’s on their pictures to what was given. No sauce and dry wings. Never ordering here again.

We love taking the dogs there and hanging out on the patio. Great burgers! Tyler is amazing, I'll definitely come half out at the bar when he is working!

Pretty loud during football games as to be expected with a bar. Food was good service was a little slow.

Chris was our server and he did great making sure we had everything we needed. Food was amazing and the kids meals came with ice cream. :-)

Great lunch price

I ordered their ceasar salad and it didn’t have any ceasar dressing on it. It was definitely overpriced for the size and the scarce amount of chicken on it.

Top Dawg is the best, especially Juley and Alexa. These two ladies work hard at keeping the customers happy.

Went last night and sat at the bar with my wife. Waited 10 minutes and a bartender came out looked at us and proceeded to ignore us. Then a few women came in and he immediately acknowledged them. Waited a few more minutes and then we left. Was never even acknowledged. Menu looked good but if your service sucks then why bother. Too many options around to accept that kinda disrespect.

I was really looking forward to it based on the reviews. We had to wait 30 min for our food, we ordered a Ahi Tuna for an appetizer which came out after the meal. I ordered the Filet tips over rice the rice was undercooked they were crunchy… poor waitress she was cute and kind the food is not a reflection of her so we still tipped her well.. ps I won’t go back (ps they did take the tuna off) I never mentioned the rice I just ate the meat and veggies off the rice…
