Me and my grandson went into your waffle House as we normally do when we went in there there was only one customer sitting at one table reset directly in front of him and I want some bang and beat them pots and pans for no reason the waitress took our order 2 sausage egg and cheese bowl and one side order of toast attitude I watched him with a attitude fixing our food the waitress brings us our food. She told him to drop a order of toast he took his gloves off he took his hat off he takes both of his hands and runs him through his hair I am watching him he then takes the toast out of the toaster put iton The cutting board are there food all on there does not put no butter on it he cuts the toast put sit on a plate and brings it to me. I'm still looking him everything he is doing. I called my waitress over and told her exactly what I seen happen she told him to drop another order of toast make sure he puts butter on it and make sure he cuts it while it is on a plate. She apologized to me for three times for his actions. Totally uncalled for very disappointed I would never step back of that waffle House again. So to say this I'm sure this is not his first time doing this. But it will be the last time I will be in your restaurant totally disgusting and certainly unprofessional and definitely needs to do better somebody needs to do better with this. And I have everything on video from the time I went in there I have everything on video time I went in there to the time I left. 830 Saturday night December the 20th. And he did not put on gloves after he ran his hands through his hair and then went and dropped my toast

We come here often and it's normally a great time however this time we decided to sit at the bar in front of the sink. That was a terrible decision. I got water in my food twice and they continued to wash dishes while I was sitting there. Also there was another table that had a long blond hair cooked into her food. The waiter immediately when to the only employ that had long blond hair and told her to put her hair up. She replied with I have always had my hair like this and it's never been a problem. Well obviously it is cause it happened. She never put up her hair either

I visit during the evening with my family thinking we would enjoy our meals I was served by a tall waitress named melanie she was very rude and non complaint she acted like she didn't care about serving my family was on her phone the whole time arguing with someone and spilled orange juice all over my table the eggs were spoiled and undercooked someone burnt my toast and I waited 12 minutes before I was served anything I was very nice I have been a long time customer for years I decided to try this waffle house and I was treated horrible by someone who don't know how to serve a table of people with manners I did not complain because it was late and no management was around at this time

Well tonight the little rocker chick named Brittany was as sweet as could be and made sure to take extra care of my food. Plus she added a lot of personality to the experience when normally it's kinda lame or just always the same. So because of her I give this one a five star. 🦈💙

Well I love smothered hash browns but I like them well done and crunchy. I asked very nice two times. I asked if she understood that I want well done. She said no problem. Well I'm not sure if her or cook because I didn't hear her call out order she handed to cook when he finally got back from wherever. Well it was almost like they didn't want to cook because they was way under cooked. Well maybe if he wasn't fussing about his bonus and wanting double bonus he would have cooked better. Not even going to mention the little pile of eggs or the tablespoon size cheese steak meat I got. I ordered the cheese steak and cheesy eggs. The eggs was maybe 2 tablespoon full. Never had such small proportions at a waffle house before. Worst part is I been eating good down 75 pounds and this was my cheat day. I was so in the mood for waffle house and it was horrible. Plus who wants to hear people yap about money and not enough bonus money while trying to eat. I didn't care about the waffle house girl caring a baby on her hip. I just don't know anymore.
