I came in to order take out in the morning, the young lady that acknowledged me walking in was very nice. I place my order and tried to pay, first time seeing the 20% for take out, I didn't bother me but wish I could of given the young lady more then 10% for her service. I sat and noticed the two cooks were novice and slightly folding to the pressure, messing up orders or procedures and the young lady trying to help and correct it. No problem but it just made my food longer to come out. Got home to eat the meal and found a hair in the food. The hair looked like it was the cook handling it.

Not sure how to rate atmosphere. Rate compared to other waffle houses? Or compared to other restaurants? It was great waffle house and pretty good on an all restaurant scale. Great place for late night food. Hash browns scattered WELL are a secret delicacy when executed right and they nailed it.

Really sucks that this location can't take online orders and the number listed says disconnected. Man Waffle House, what a way to live upto the expectation of a Waffle House. Smh.
So upsetting I found a hair in my food wanted the cooker to put a hair net they said they don’t have any his hair it’s long to his shoulders how do you not have a hair net?
I always have great service here and this is what I walk in to tonight this is so upsetting.
Please do better and make sure all cook as a hair net.

Last night My friends and I visited Waffle House and the power went out. The staff handled it so well. They finished cooking our food in the dark, gave us to-go containers, and urged us to drive safe in the rain. Kudos to the management and team at this particular WH!

My parents found white hair in their food . Bacon wasn’t cooked it was still pink , Meat wasn’t cooked it was pink inside. Sweet tea was nasty there was a lot of hair the food and when the lady was giving us our food she saw the hair hanging and took it off fast. So nasty
The manager at the register from the night shift was very rude as soon as I came in the door and continued to be rude. Very nasty attitude. Then I get my food and it’s not right purposely.

Today's experience was amazing. Their cook Edward was a Rock star handling at least 15 orders while I was there,including my order, Food was spot on.....Thanks for having quality people who care of what they do when serving others food...Thanks Edward.
Me and my husband recently moved to the area from out of state. It was our first Waffle House experience and we loved it. Upon walking in it was definitely busy. As we sat down the server came over and took our order while letting us know it would be a minute but ensured it would come out. Could tell he was stressed but did a good job. We first didn’t know what we wanted but there was more! He told us about items that were not on the menu but still available. It was a lot to choose from but we took his opinion on what he thought we’d like. My husband had the t-bone dinner with chili on his hash browns and he loved it! I tried a pecan waffle and it came out so fluffy. Ralphy truly made our Waffle House experience one to remember. The wait time was 10 - 15 minutes but it was understandable with how many tables there were. I was happy and so was my husband. As long as I didn’t have to cook!! we will be back!
