Came in on the morning shift and was instantly greeted by everyone. Even though it was jammed packed and food was coming out left and right I still got my food in a timely manner. Lauren the manager was super friendly and my server Ethan was respectful and timely. Def will eat here again.

Worst ever, the service the guy who served us served us last for our food and everything else he was the worst we tried to be patient I had a 5 year old and he gave all the other waffles to them first and ignored him it w as a really awful waffle house never will ever go back .

What can I say besides it was waffle house. With their business model, the food is consistent from store to store and state to state. Can't really say that I have had a bad meal there. If you have never been...you need to go. And if you have been...you will be back.

It's Waffle House! You get what you get as far as service, the food is always at least made to order and hot and has a good flavor, and I'm happy to support a good company.
Food was straight. Customer service was poor. Server did have a lot of tables but i never got my waffle. I went home hungry that night. And for that I cannot forgive.

New Years morning I went there some of the crew was working double shifts for New Year Eve I know they was tired even though it was a little miss understanding between cooks they kept it professional took it to the back to hash things out and all of the crew still gave 110% AWESOME WORK Happy New

Ordered a to go order but when I got home the bacon I ordered extra was not in my order, I could not call because the number was disconnected and I just didn't feel like going back while the rest of my food got cold. Not happy at all ?
Ordered steak and eggs to go. No steak. I will call them so it’s prepared when I get there. Phone doesn’t

The food I received at my table was good but I ordered an all star breakfast and never received my waffle. On top of that I reminded her of it and she said it’s coming I’ll bring it to you. She walked over to the waffle and said “whose are these because they aren’t mine” .. they were definitely hers, but she was to worried about playing with her coworkers that she forgot. If I’m being honest the employees were quite annoying and unprofessional if you ask me. I usually never do reviews but I could not even enjoy my food with how much they were screaming obnoxiously about the dumbest things. I wish I caught all of their names but I did not. However I did catch the name LIAM, even though he wasnt our server because they kept screaming it to annoy him not even truly wanting his attention for anything. They need to have a supervisor there because they are to equip to do it alone. Worst Waffle House experience EVER. December 1st between 7:30-8:30.
