The hostess and the guy that brought our food out did a great job and incrediblely helpful and friendly. However the disgruntle conversation from the kitchen changed the mood in the dining area. The older couple that got there food before us rushed through their meal as soon as they started hearing f bombs from the young guys in the back. Really nice clean place. Great job on keeping the place spotless. Kitchen staff should keep in mind professionalism even when you think no one can hear you.

Very good burger but very thin shake. The shakes are pretty important to me so probably won't return.
We had a wonderful lunch experience with Jada our server, she was very helpful and customer friendly! Food was great and perfect for family, and price is reasonable for 3 people it cost over 40 dollars and we were very full 😊😊and, place is clean!!👍🏼👍🏼
Great food and service. I don't go to Summerville often so I wish there were more locations, but they have great burgers(even a plant-based option!) and loved the cheese fries ;)
Nothing to complain about with service!
Atmospheric was very nice and less flashy with older tables and chairs! Though there was a guy that fell asleep while eating that..kinda ruined it..
Food was AWESOME! I had the A1. Steakhouse with fries and barbecue sauce IT WAS AMAZING!

While visiting wayBack burgers, Jada helped me with my order doing an amazing job! Her customer service was one of the best i’ve experienced! Ethan Made an amazing Sandwich quickly and efficiently. All the food was made freshly as soon as i ordered and was hot when i received it! Will be returning soon!
They were over priced
Poor customer service, food took extremely long I know it happen in this industry and no everyone experience this but they should be better trained and try to make it up to the customer.

I had stopped for 2 bacon cheese burgers combo with fries....The service was great and the food was out/ready in a timely manner ...The presentation of the burgers looked delicious...The only thing that surprised me, was the hamburger tasted bland...I mean no taste whatsoever....A beautiful burger such as that should never taste that way .....
