New Year’s Day and what a joy! Alyssa was the epitome of a bartender. Spot on with taking my predilection for tastes and matching them perfectly to her signature cocktails. We enjoyed the meatballs, mushrooms, nachos, and chocolate fondue as meal for two. Excellent selection of bourbons! Stay awhile and soak up the atmosphere!

Came for the tree lighting, ordered some drinks and dinner. Got the drinks and after 45 mins of waiting for our food I decided to inquire on when it would be done. Come to find out the waitress never send order to the kitchen. Very very sad because we love this place and have always had a great time.

I enjoy coming here from time to time to study or attend their wine tasting nights. The owner is so nice and very knowledgeable about wines. The rest of the staff are always so friendly and make me feel welcome. I wish they did have a bigger and more unique wine list but I’m always able to find a couple I enjoy. They have a nice ambiance and plenty of seating that’s comfortable. Nice spot in downtown Summerville.

We just moved here and we’ve been back every Friday to enjoy the live music and great wine selection. They helped find the perfect wine to try and all the food has been wonderful!

I strongly disagree with JQ’s comments - they were literally kicked out for being bad drunks. The service is always amazing - the staff are always friendly, and create a good vibe. Never see anyone not smiling and enjoying the music and wine on the weekend.

Very disappointing, poor service, weird smell, depressing atmosphere. If you want wine go across the street, if you want liquor keep walking around the corner, and if you want beer go next door.

I have been coming to Wine and Tapas for many years. The staff have always made me feel comfortable and safe. They go out of their way to serve and are genuinely good people. Over the years I’ve seen different ownership but my favorite has been Jason and his staff. I recommend them 10/10. If I could give 10 stars I would. Be sure to check out Knightsville bar and grill as well and another restaurant coming soon!
Dietary restrictions: There are plenty of options on the menu for all diets.

DO NOT ORDER THE "CHARCUTERIE" BOARD. Waste of money.
We went here late last night, but well within business hours and were told the food items would be somewhat limited due to the oven being recently shut down. A little odd to shut down the oven during business hours... But No problem at all! We were looking at getting something light after the movies anyways. The Charcuterie menu is the weirdest way I've ever seen ANY establishment offer a charcuterie board. You can pay for either 1, 2, or 3 "items" such as meats or cheeses. Depending on what you order, you just get bread for 1 item, bread and nuts for 2 items and slightly more for 3.... A very strange way of doing things. Mind you, each "item" is $12-$14 EACH. Well, we ordered the 2 item option and for cheese, we got two small wedges of cheese and maybe... MAYBE** 8 paper thin sliced salami each only about as round as a quarter. The board was 80% bread, which in itself was 80% air pockets, a small handful of very bland nuts; And the mustard was clearly the store bought, squeeze bottle kind. The mustard isn't an issue though. But I'm really upset about how miniscule the amount we received for the insane price of our charcuterie board. A charcuterie board, something that is a normally well stocked board of varieties of meats, cheeses and fruits, crackers, breads, etc.... was turned into this completely lame duck, over priced, practically empty, poor excuse of a board that doesn't even deserve to be named as what it's sold as.
Wine was good though, thankfully that's fair priced. Oh and the server was kind and prompt.

It's a nice restaurant but it is way too expensive for the amount of food you get. This is not the first wine and tapas bar we've been to. But, the value for the price was definitely the worst.
This place is great! Must visit if you are in the Summerville area. Met an employee there named Natalie A, and let me tell you, some of the BEST service I have ever received, I walked inside and was greeted with a happy birthday and a big hug! I don't even know how she knew it was my birthday but that was great. Sat down and had some food and a couple amazing drinks and walk out to my car and the battery was dead :( Luckily I went back inside to a staff already prepared for this scenario and Natalie (the great/himothy) jumped my car AND fixed my catalytic converter in 5 minutes.
