Great food, great service. I will say the lady was rather rude about sauce, asked when I ordered an didnt get it. Went back to get some and it was made to be a big deal.

I never got her name, but the older redhead lady who always stands at the register needs to go. Every time I come she is just so passive aggressive about everything and god forbid you make a mistake ordering because she will look at you and talk to you like you’re a toddler. I’m always nice when I order but I can’t say the same for her. It is so easy to get another job especially in Charleston. If you don’t like your job apply to the 100s of other fast food locations or just SOMETHING else.

This Xaxby's is exceptional. I'm really surprised their rating isn't higher. They have always been consistent as well. The quality of the food, the speed at which orders are filled, the accuracy of those orders, the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, the cleanliness of the dining area- Everything is top notch for a fast food establishment. Keep up the good work.

So i went today because I'm always getting the lemon pepper wings and went back to my usual which was the finger plate dip in sweet and spicy. And I must say it was horrible it take burnt and the fries were cooked to long until there were no potatoe in French fries 😢 this was unacceptable today zaxby. We work hard for our money so I expect good quality food!!!

I just bought the Zensation Zalad and it was the fried chicken was so salty that I could not eat it. I called the manager and she tells me they don’t seasoned their chicken. Well somebody did and sure wasn’t me. Needless to say I will not be visiting Summerville’s location AGAIN!

My boyfriend asked for boneless but given traditional. My tenders were the skinniest and smallest tenders I’ve ever seen in my life and the milkshake was so watery it could’ve been strawberry milk. Most definitely not worth 30 dollars.

Zaxbys has good food but if they don’t want my business, they won’t get it. I carry, everywhere… I have been in their stores many times while carrying, but there was never a sign stating no weapons allowed… if you don’t support 2A, thats fine…

Everytime I come to we are either rushed to get our order taken or they ring us up completely wrong. The last few times we went to Zaxbys they will ring me up for the upgraded wings and things meal with everything tossed in it, they never toss the fingers in the sauce only the wings. Today me and my family went and the lady who took our order in drive thru rushed us did not let us get our order out and got our other wrong AGAIN. I am disappointed everytime I come to this location.
