Went to order my food person in window told me “ i should’ve knew what i wanted before i came “ got to window she wanted to fight & MANAGER DID NOTHING ! YOUNG KIDS NO RESPECT!!

Food was raw. Ordered the grilled chicken. Had yo wait another 20 minutes for a correction. This location was always great. Many other customers received raw or cold food the same time.

I placed a curbside order which said it would be ready at 4pm. I pull into the curbside area and respond to the email to tell them what spot I’m in. Twenty five minutes later still no food. I then call the store to find out what’s happening with my order. I am then put on hold and told that they are preparing the order now. After another 15 minutes my order finally comes out and the young lady apologized and said there was a lack of communication between shift changes and my order was lost in the shuffle. At this point I’m just glad I have my food. When I drive away I grab fries out of the bag to eat on the way home and not only were the fries cold but the entire order of wings, fried white cheddar, and two meal deals all cold! Almost sixty bucks down the drain.

They are understaffed and unapologetic about it. The wait is outrageous in the drive-through and not much better inside.

I ordered on the zaxbys app ahead of time to save me some time on my lunch break. I walked in an no on asked for my name or helped me for 5 minutes. Mind you there was no one in line and only about one person waiting for food. Finally when they ask me what I need, they haven’t even started cooking my food yet and I ordered 20 minutes ago. The staff clearly doesn’t coordinate well together as they didn’t even respond to each other or help to solve the situation. One of the managers was preparing an order and grabbed cookies after wiping his nose and didn’t wash his hands or wear gloves and got the cookies with his bare hands. Which is disgusting. Not only that I then waiting another 10 minutes until my food was ready. They tried apologizing and offering me cookies, but I obviously declined due to the unsanitary nature of the manager.

Does not have curbside. I’ve ordered curbside a few times and they never bring out food. Don’t let you food sit inside getting soggy expecting they will bring it out.

Went tonight through the drive thru, ordered two meals. Got home and realized they gave the incorrect meal for one of the two. Called in to see what they could do, I believe the person I spoke to was Michelle. Didn’t offer an apology or anything for the wrong order. Told me I had to drive my wrong item back with the receipt. My husband is military and works overnights and we only have one vehicle, he had to go to work. I couldn’t come in but either way, I’m not entirely sure how the stores mess up is now my inconvenience and I have to waste time and gas to drive back there immediately or there’s nothing they can do for not giving me what I paid for. They didn’t include any Zaxs sauce for either meal as well.
This isn’t the first time my order has been wrong but it was the first time I finally called and wanted them to do something about it. I won’t be coming back as this happens too often and their complete lack of customer service.
If you do decide to dine there anyways I highly suggest checking your order before you leave as they’re extremely inconsistent with accuracy.

Ordered through the app today this afternoon at peak, ordered meals for myself my two kids and appetizer. The appetizer never made it, when I was handed my food and drink through drive-thru the young lady was walking away before I was done putting the first bag down.
It was a big bag so I thought it was all in there that's on me for not double-checking. Turns out the appetizer and all the sauces didn't make it... I called and the guy who answered was nice said there wasn't a seond bag sitting around and I need to come in to get a refund with the receipt but that's just not practical to load the two little kids up to go in unfortunately.
If your there during the busy time double check your food before you pull off, there's not an easy make it right process afterwards.

Placed a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru. Was only told it is not ready. Then asked “ok, do I stay in this line?” Was told to park in the drive thru parking spot. Waited 25 minutes, then had to walk inside. Multiple employees looked at me but would not stop so I could tell them what I was there for (while waiting in front of the cash register where there was a long line behind me waiting to place orders). Finally someone yells my name and I said that was me. Waited over 30 minutes on what should have been an easy in and out for a drive thru MOBILE order that was placed. This location on Central Ave is one of the worst for customer service!
