Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Do not order through the app at this location. I placed an order using a rewards discount and was later told the order never went through. The app clearly showed the order as completed, and the payment was still taken from my credit union account. Because of this, my son was charged full price in the store while the app order was also charged, turning what should have been a $16.64 order into $43.69. The Zalads are good…just not at triple the price.

I called and spoke with the store manager, Calvin, who seemed rushed and dismissive. He stated he was extremely busy and needed to get off the phone quickly.

I also contacted corporate and did not receive meaningful help resolving the issue. I do enjoy the food, but this is the only place where I have had an order show as completed, be charged, and still not be fulfilled.

Drive thru speaker was broken. Pulled everyone to the side and took them forever. Shouldn't take over 20 minutes to get fast food!

My husband and I visited this location 1/31/26. We lived not far away and have avoided visiting this spot since the location opened and a bad experience that first time but we thought we'd give it a try. Biggest mistake ever. First Impressions should be taken into high consideration. When we walked in the door at 6:20 p.m. and there is no one at the counter waiting to order but the floor has spills and lids and straws and paper towels strewn about, you know that whoever is managing this location is not doing their job. While all this trash is on the floor you have four people directly behind the registers gossiping and putting orders out the drive-thru window but nobody is concerned about the now two families waiting to be waited on. Jumping forward, the dining room is in no better shape and when the food is received, let's just say my sandwich half of the was raw and Fries were cold and my husband's food had been sitting quite some time because the wings were totally dried out. There is a reason that I have avoided going back to this place for the last 7 years and I will not ever step foot in it again and I'd advise you to think twice before you do.

It’s been a while since I felt like a business went above and beyond but the manager Calvin, did just that for us and saved my daughters birthday after we ordered catering and their Internet went down. Thankyou Calvin!!

I've rarely ever gotten the correct order here. The food is as fine as any other Zaxby's, but they will give you a totally different order and you will have to argue with them about it.

Had to pull up and wait for my food to get done just to receive it still cold. How does that make sense?? Haven’t been to Zaxby’s in years and wanted to try it again. Now I see why I stayed away.

Christine R needs to be fired. I paid 11.25$ for this mess! I asked why there was only (maybe 8 fries) looked like a kid portion. Her response was “i can take them out your box and go weight them for you” anyone with two eyes can see this isn’t the amount that goes in a 12$ “big zax meal”. I’ve got this meal for years, and this is a kids portion. Also charged me for ranch when they usually give you a tossed sauce option and a dipping sauce. Her response was just insane to me… if she works there she knows this isn’t the correct amount! Then to say she’s going to take my fries and weight them? What a joke! You can’t find good costumer service anymore😭 The employee standing behind her was rolling her eyes at me the entire time as well, just trash. don’t let them scam yall.

Absolute trash place, trash people that have trash attitude and trash service. I can confidently say I’ve given multiple chances as I work close by. I have never had a good experience with eating in or their delivery.

I truly don't understand why I repeatedly come here after I know better. It's the closest location to my house but at this point, I may as well just make the drive up to Azalea Square. I eat Zaxbys regularly and always get the same thing- fries with the chicken fingers- it can not seriously take this long for this order to be made. Over the past 6 months, only ONE order was decent. Either I'm waiting for an extended period of time (like now, my order was supposed to be ready at 655, with the estimate time of 11 minutes when I ordered) and somehow, 15 minutes past that, still haven't gotten my order. The last time, I waited and waited, the guy tried to bring me someone else's order 3 seperate times and when I got my order (finally) it was soggy and cold, then the manager was aggravated at me for asking them to remake it. It truly CAN'T be that hard to make some fries and hand them through a window. I'm beyond aggravated, yet again, and I think I've finally reached my breaking point with this specific resturant.

Today I am really so disappointed with the poorly made food I ate before, here is the last time I arrived here I always ask for traditional wings, they only gave me 5 and they seemed only fried without sauce and few fries I do not recommend this place but I am paying for my food it is not free so I do not tolerate this.

My friends and I stopped by Zaxby's after an event; a grill cheese was ordered. It was the WORST. It's like no one there cares about what they are doing or the food they are serving. I guess the goal is no longer good food! Sandwich was burned, dry trash....see photos. This follows constant complaints about the burned egg rolls. Serving them burned and crunchy. Please correct all of this, do better.
