Filthy,!!!! Dirt and dust hanging in clumps from the ceilings and the light fixtures have dead bugs and filth in them hanging over your food at the tables! Don't know how it passes and inspection because if the kitchen looks as clean as the care of the dinning room ceiling it's 🤢 GROSS!

I would give it zero stars if I could they were not busy sat us at a booth with the sun blaring through the window asked the hostess and waiter if we could sit somewhere else waited 10 minutes for a response we decided to walk out because the waiter and hostess decided it was more important to sit around and BS than worry about customer service this is the worst experience we have ever had at an Applebee's which use to be our favorite place to get food and drinks now to find a better restaurant chain to spend my money

I ordered a full rack of ribs. They were so tough that I could hardly cut them with a knife and fork. I was going to send them back, but the waitress did not come back to our table until everyone else in our party was almost done eating. I sent the ribs back and they took it off of our ticket. Poor quality and poor service!

Applebees is definitely a go to for me. The two for 25 is a perfect option for my husband and I. The waitress/bartender did seemed a little overworked. She was friendly, but did forget to bring requested items several times primarily due being short staffed. She makes phenomenal drinks 🍸 !

We hadnt been to an Applebee's in a long time since our local one closed down. The pretzel appetizer was delicous. We ordered our all time favorite sandwich. For a toasted sandwich it came out cold. I order3d it with no tomato & no lettuce. It came out with lettuce and tomato. If it was just a leaf of lettuce i would have takrn it off no problem. However it was shredded and the tomato had soaked into the bread so i sent it back. They literally scrapped the lettuce and tomato and what little bit of mayo that was on there, off the bread and sent it back to me. If i was ok woth that i would done it mtlyself at the table. The waitress was apologetic but the manager didnt want to be bothered by the issue. She didnt even come to apologize for the issue. We payed for the appetizer and left.

After several friends hearing 'bad press' about Applebee's, I hesitated recommending it. But the lunch special seemed like a good deal, so we gave it a try. Each of my group ate well and enjoyed the meal. It certainly was much better than the negatives we'd heard. We were pleased and will spread the word.

Came into this location today and although I was seated immediately, I noticed all the people of color were located on one side and when me and my guest requested another table due to someone constantly coughing behind us, we were denied. However a Caucasian man was seated alone and the waitress said it was due to a waitress can only handle a certain amount of people. The restaurant was not busy. I’m no longer returning to this location. Me and my guest left before ordering.

I would like to start off, I waited 10 minutes just to be seated, when it wasn’t busy at all. Finally got sat down waitress took our order than our food comes back took us until our food was cold to even get utensils while she sat and talked to her coworkers needless to say me and my family did not leave happy.

Yesterday, my husband and I went to Applebee's for lunch. I was hesitate because over the last year or so the few times I had a taste for it I was highly disappointed. Well that ended yesterday! There's new management, (Jessica to be exact) was very pleasant, more than enough wait staff, I'll name McKayla, she was a great waitress, very attentive, very friendly, the food came out timely and was excellent! Give them another try!
Watch the upcharges on food and drinks here!! We asked for the 2 for $28 but were unknowingly charged $4.00 more for slaw we didn't ask for. (The plate vs. the platter) There was no mention of upcharges and no extra guidance in that area. The manager was kind enough to educate me about this,however, we are not going back, because we specifically asked for the 2 for $28

Not enough staff for lunch. We went in for lunch before work, my steak came out rare when I asked for medium rare. I them to re fire the steak a bit more and they did but ended up serving my 1/4 ate steak to the table behind me while I wait for my for. When my wife was done eating still not knowing that the table behind me was eating my steak, I asked the waitress to remove my meal from the bill that's when I found out that the customer behind me had my steak..

We have hardly gone to Applebee's over the 6 years we have lived here. We decided to give it one more chance just to see, although we already knew it has not improved much over the years. Christine (apologize if I spelled it wrong) was great! She was timely, kind, and attentive. Although I'm sure she's exhausted as it looked as though she was serving the whole restaurant (poor thing). The host however has the worst attitude. He was rude and you could just see it on his face. Maybe it was on off day. Honestly not as bad of an experience as past times, but I'm not sure we will be back.

Applebees did not follow one request for modifications to our meal. The honey bbq sauce was still on the club sandwich, no sauce added to the buffalo chicken fingers, no ranch, just on and on. To make it worse none of the staff would recognize me upon entrance to the restaurant. I'm not hard to please but damn what a joke. The staff clearly cannot handle stress of being busy. One waitress walked past me 5 times with one item in hand for one table. Clearly was a slight towards me as she not once greeted me nor looked me in the eyes. Terrible atmosphere to boot with terrible service.
