First I have to say I am a big hot ham fan. We visited this restaurant and was blown away with how good they were. The staff are really helpful, restaurant is super clean. If you get a chance TRY the new steak bits will melt in your mouth does have a steak seasoning but really good. Stop by and give them a try at this location. Enjoy
I adore the fish sandwich Arby's is the only place that makes tartar sauce that I will eat. And they finally brought potato cakes back

Waited 10 mins in line after ordering! Then was asked what sauce I wanted for her to sarcastically tell me to pull up for them to bring my food out waited 15 mins NOBODY comes out, 6 cars have passed and gotten their food! I go in bc atp I don't want the food! I ask for a refund then miraculously my food appears of course I don't want it still had to wait another 5 mins for a refund! Will never go back! They have absolutely no type of customer service! Everybody in there moving slow talking slow! Just ewww

Update: I visited today and wow what an experience. I ordered online and it told me to pick up at 7:17pm. For whatever reason the order didn't make it into their system but Orlando and his team had excellent customer service, reviewed my order via my phone and fixed it right away. They were professionals and extremely kind. These are the kind of employees you want to keep for life and ensure they become successful! Excellent job, I appreciate you all so much. ‐-------- Arby's doesn't get enough love. The food is great are the employees are awesome. What more can you ask for?

I understand the place is always super slow, always forgetting an ingredient in a burger, but to not even fully cook something even after taking longer than needed to make a small order. I mean there's a step by step to follow. I go every few months hoping they've fixed their flaws, but I'm going to just keep driving to columbia to get my non-health code violating Arby's.
