Coffees that I've.had here are hit and miss. One afternoon, the latte was outstanding, another day it tasted like my son could have made it, and its not good. What surprised me is that they did not offer to remake my drink when I complained.

This whole place is a joke. These people don't have a clue. In the middle of making my latte the lady takes a phone call and goes in the back for about 3min. When she returns to the front she starts doing paperwork while on the phone then stocking bagels. After another 3min she hangs up and tells her coworker about the phone call. Finally returning back to my drink. She applied whip on top after I specifically asked for no whip.
I wouldn't return if they were the last place to purchase coffee . There is more but Im over it. I had to throw my burn latte away because she over streamed my milk.

My first and last visit. I had the worse experience with the so called Owner/Manager very unprofessional guy!

Beverly the cashier and cook today was phenomenal. She was extremely kind patient and friendly. The line was piling up and the orders as well but Beverly kept a positive attitude and handled multiple customers and orders on her own. Beverly I hope and pray that you have a wonderful day and that all the kindness you share returns back to you.

Every morning....Monday-Friday I have a cup of coffee and I am always greeted with a smile. These ladies and gentlemen work very hard, but are always pleasant. My friend who always tells me about good books to read. Amy (lord I hope that's right name) is a strong person.

If only 1000 stars was an option! My morning stop for coffee and sometimes breakfast. Amy is always extremely friendly and cheerful :). Best coffee & pastries Downtown by far!

Ordered and paid for an iced Americano and an unsweetened iced tea. A few minutes later I was told the iced tea had already been thrown out and was offered a soft drink. (Why would I want a soft drink if both the drinks I ordered have zero sugar in them?) I told the employee no and to just make me another iced Americano. Instead of preparing another shot of espresso, the barista decided to split the one shot she already prepared into two drinks, handing me two watered downed Americanos. 🤦🏼‍♀️ She didn't think i noticed. I won't be back.

I stumbled on a gem in Sumter while traveling. Delicious and affordable, look at the yummy cinnamon role. It is the best cinnamon role I have ever eaten. Kate and Amy were very helpful. Amy took the time to explain what flavor options I could choose for my coffee while suggesting her favorite. The cold brew she made was delicious, smooth and not too sweet ?.

Disappointing first experience.Very small portions. Food was over cooked. Charge for a cup of ice water. Automatic gratuity at a place that’s not a restaurant. Disappointing first and last experience.
