I know my opinion is not going to be popular, however the barbecue was a bit spicy and we had brought our granddaughter with us to eat. On the menu was corn dogs. We thought they meant corn dogs/hot dogs as they did not have any other children options. FYI, their corn dogs are just hush puppies. No hot dogs involved at all. It would be really nice if they had a child's menu as this is a family restaurant.

The restaurant was clean and had very friendly staff, however I was disappointed in the food. Going to a BBQ-Hut I expect something to come off the grill. This was more like Oven-Hut as nothing seemed to be BBQ’d. Also everything was very under seasoned and covered in BBQ sauce. Not at all what I was expecting.

Pros: Good food with healthy servings and a wonderful staff. My preference is the ribs and pulled pork. Enjoy the potato salad, slaw, and rice with hash for an extra tasty meal.
Cons: The chicken just looked soggy. If you add sauce (told it was house BBQ but was a little spicy), prepare for some extra added vinegar. I understand this is the south, but a vinegar base does...
