Got a Mother's Day Strawberry cake from them yesterday. Absolutely outstanding! Beautiful cake and delicious! It was a last minute order as well and they were very accommodating and helpful! Would definitely go back!

You should see the hard work of those people. If you can't see the good things, you have no right to complain about them.Sometimes customers are also rude to employees. If you don't respect them, they won't respect you.

She put her hands all over the ice cream. They have bad manners ice cream back in the bowl and then put it back in the cup and then ask for an exchange. She was very nasty.

I give them 1 star to leave review I paid 13.00 for a milkshake that was gross it was supposed to be strawberry cheesecake and it was not and I was told that was my problem they was not fixing it nor refunding the money do not go here in Sumter the baskin-robbins in other counties are good but buyer beware! And staff rude!

The ice cream is Baskin Robbin’s so tasted fine. The service is horrible. The tiniest amount of ice cream in a giant waffle cone, 14 for two cones and bottle of water. Will never stop here again.

Of course the ice cream was good, it’s Baskin Robbins! However, I visited this location in Sumter SC and was disappointed by the customer service. The staff displayed a lack of professionalism and were unhelpful during my visit. Their attitudes were dismissive and unwelcoming, making the overall experience unpleasant. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve customer satisfaction in the future.

The Indian woman who owns this place begged me to work for her. I felt sorry for her so I figured hmm maybe I can help her out. I showed up to give my application and she looked at it and said "who is going to work the weekends" You need to work the weekends. I then decided ok sure. I showed up for training and the husband called me 10 mins before saying come next Saturday I will train you. I get there and he hands BR hat that was filthy! Apparently they don't give you a new one and the ones they have are disgusting. The place is nasty don't get any shakes and don't dare get the walnut syrup or any toppings they don't clean the machine and it could be old! Same with the ice creams that are rarely eaten. If its not in demand its prob old. He is picky about the serving ounces as it gets measured. If you give the customer less its ok but slightly over ? omg! Anyway, after I left for training he said he would call me back and never did.They also owe me $16 lol and didn't pay me for the time I worked when they literally said they pay the employee on training time. I rather buy my BR at the grocery store its cleaner and well I've heard stories on thd Sumter Community Page. This place needs to be shut down/ lose their license. They seriously neednew owners!

I order a mangonada online, just because I order an item online doesn't mean you can skip out making it properly. They literally made a mango smoothie with tajin sprinkle on top thats it.

The owners of this restaurant have no integrity. The customer service is horrible. I ordered two chocolate dipped cones and they gave me plain. Did not offer to give me a refund or a credit for a future order. The owner told me "It wasn't her problem!"
