The owners of this restaurant have no integrity. The customer service is horrible. I ordered two chocolate dipped cones and they gave me plain. Did not offer to give me a refund or a credit for a future order. The owner told me "It wasn't her problem!"

Wanted ice cream on a hot day so stopped in to grab some. Not the best Baskin Robbins I've been too but it was okay . Ice cream was soft but cone tasted stale . Inside looks nice as it is fairly new looking . Associates were somewhat friendly but not joyous.

One lady was working the drive-thru while two other young ladies stood around doing nothing. When one of the girls was told to finally help us, she gave us two of the smallest cones I ever saw for a little over $8. Not worth the money for such baby size cones. I gave it one star for the cleanliness. Also, only 24 flavors....what happened to the other seven flavors??

The lady actually retrieved the waffle cone dith no gloves on. I said, I notice you don't have on gloves. She puts the cone back and tells person with gloves to wait on me. He gets the cone she put back. I said, that's the cone she just put back." I notice management is different and other people have taken over Baskin Robbins.

Growing up going to this place it was great to see it is still there but it needs to have a facelift. It has not had any updates so the charm is gone. Overall the ice cream is still just as expected but the service was lackluster. Please give this cute place an update and get some workers in there that can be engaging and attentive.

Absolutely the best ice cream cakes ever & great service! I drove from Columbia to Sumter as the speciality cakes I wanted for Father’s Day weren’t available in Columbia.And the Sumter location did an amazing jobmaking the the drive worthwhile. I definitely will be ordering from them again!

I checked the website for Baskin-Robbins here in Sumter South Carolina and their website states that they are open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Sunday. So, I'm wondering why I'm sitting here in their parking lot on a Sunday morning at 11:15 a.m. and there's no one in sight in the store's closed? They need to change their times of being open

My friend ordered 3 scoopsof ice cream. Seeing the size of his scoops, I ordered a 2 scoop sundae. Unfortunately he got scoops the size of baseballs and I got scoops the size of golf balls. For 40 cents more, he got three decent sized scoops, I got child sized scoops with hot fudge and whipped cream. No wonder it's been about ten years since I went to Baskin Robbins. It will be at least that long before I visit again.
The ice cream was good. The service was okay. But then the lady rung me up and added her own tip… I looked at my receipt and saw she gave herself a 10% tip. I would’ve given more personally, but it’s the thought that she would just give herself other people’s money without giving the option to leave a tip themselves. A bit frustrated, but also, thanks for saving me the 5% extra tip.
