We celebrated a milestone birthday for my grandmother at Eat Fit, and the entire experience was beautiful. The staff was warm, patient, and incredibly accommodating…. especially when we ran behind schedule. The decor and layout were stunning.
Don’t let the name fool you.. Eat Fit catered to multiple dietary needs with ease, and the food was plentiful and delicious. My whole family left satisfied and grateful.

Stopped in today for lunch and tried the chicken pecan salad and low.carb chips. So good! They have a variety of keto, gluten free, and sugar free desserts choices. Nice atmosphere and service as well. Highly recommend if you want healthy and tasty!

If you’re looking for healthy & really delicious food in Sumter this is the place. I’ve tried a few things but, my favorite is their keto bbq chicken sandwich. I’ve never tasted anything like it. Healthy doesn’t have to mean bland. I highly recommend trying this place.

Unable to pickup an item for someone that asked graciously to since they were out of town. Cashier and what I presume is the owner expressly told me that one would be available for pickup the following day (Saturday) from 10AM - 2PM. My wife proceeded to try and pickup between 1PM - 2PM and was again told it wasn't ready, of which seemingly is a common theme. Many other community members so I've been directly and indirectly told. She again tried to pick it up today (Monday ~1PM) and it was STILL not ready because "the pie crust is hot and it couldn't be filled".

**See my post for the most up to date menu****Also hours are 11:00-13:30 (I think), currently a lunch operation**For those of you who are like me, we need a healthy option in our lives when in Sumter and this restaurant is it.-Atmosphere was great, it felt good to sit down amongst the greenery they have set about the inside and outside tables.-The restaurant was clean and well taken care of also.-Service: my waitress was attentive and not overbearing.-The food: I had the grilled chicken Greek salad and it was good! I also got a chicken salad/apple/walnut wrap to go. Pricing is on par for similar establishments.My only recommendation to the owners/employees is keeping hours and menu up to date. I only got that information when I asked.Overall, I will frequent Be Fit Eat Fit during my time in Sumter.
