Disappointed Experience at Buffalo Wild Wings
I wanted to treat my boys to a nice lunch today and chose Buffalo Wild Wings, hoping for a fun, casual meal. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected.

Our waitress seemed uninterested and disengaged from the moment we sat down. She was slow to take our order, inattentive throughout the meal, and gave off the impression that she didn't enjoy her job—or, frankly, want to be there at all. It felt like serving us was an inconvenience rather than part of her role.

Despite the poor service, I still left a generous tip out of courtesy. However, I truly believe she might be better suited to a different line of work if hospitality isn't something she's passionate about.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I hope this feedback encourages improvement, either through additional training or staff reassignment. Customers deserve to feel welcome, especially when spending quality time with family.

If you wanna grab a beer with your friends this place is fine. But as you can tell by the previous reviews that you will not a good service and you can expect your meal to be bad and wrong.

Went in for takeout, place was dirty. Fries were so hard you couldn't eat them. Boneless wings were okay, as usual. Service was not the best. Never got my receipt. Won't be back.

Hands down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had.

Waited over 10 minutes at an empty host stand. Once we sat ourselves, five employees walked past us, all said “someone will be with you,” and no one ever came. We finally flagged down a server named Emma, who took our drink order on an iPad. We asked to order food too — she said she’d “be right back.”
She never returned.
Even worse? She never even put in our drink order (except one water). What was the iPad for — TikTok?

Finally, an absolute angel named Margarita stepped in. She was the only one to help us, apologize, and actually check on the online order we had placed in desperation — 21 minutes earlier.

Emma should be fired. Margarita deserves a raise. The rest of the staff? Either retrain them or replace them.

Embarrassing service. Never coming back.

Ordered online arrived and the food was not done. Waited 50 minutes had a drink at the bar and still no food was ready. I left the location was told they would cancel my online order and refund my money back. I still have yet to receive a refund. Also the location had very few customers. So expect to wait regardless if the location is empty or packed. I would not recommend this location.

Food was not the greatest by any means , I ordered boneless wings they were cold, the tater wedges were good tho so there's a plus.
Food came out very staggered , floors were sticky, service was bleh . 10/10 do not recommend

My husband and me had a very nice experience at this restaurant. We usually come to watch the ufc fights and have a good time when we come. Tonight our waitress, Elianna (she had a black bow in her hair), was excellent. She was extremely polite and kept an eye on our table even though it was just me and my husband and they were very busy. The food came out fresh and was very tasty. It did take a little time but it was very busy. Will most definitely come back.

Waited for over 30 minutes for someone to come at least get drink order. The hostess came to get it to help the server, not even sure who that would be as they never came to our table. Take out orders were backed up and sitting across from us and asking for a manager. We finally left. We tried this place after hearing it was under new management in hopes it would be better. Sadly it is not. Would not waste my time going back ever again.

Cold food lunch was deserved one dish at a time with a hour wait till they started to serve and then they added 13 dollars to our bill why not sure but we didn’t pay the extra and walked out befor the last two dishes were served we payed for what they did serve but this was our first time and last watch your bill they are over charging y’all

The service was ok until it came to placing a food order to go while we were drinking. I was amazed at how fast the wings came back. We ordered 15 wings, mild, lemon pepper, and teriyak. We left after getting the food. I went to my car and was going to eat one otw home. To my surprise I got hard wings barely sauced or seasoned and it looked like it was stale and had been sitting out forever. It wasn’t hot at all. I immediately went back inside the Sumter, SC establishment. I went back to the bartender/sever and explained that the wings were not hot nor fresh. She says that’s how they cook them and that even if I had requested fresh wings it would take 30mins and they wouldn’t be hot still. I’ve never heard this is my entire life. She was nice until we can back to complain about the wings and it was like she wasn’t surprised at all! She gave me a ticket back with just the drinks being charged and I’m waiting on my money to come back on my card this morning. I spent 34.87 and she gave me a ticket back for 10.50. When we were walking outside a group outside stopped us and said did they give y’all old wings too! We stated yes that’s why returned the food and they said they had the same experience too! I won’t be going back there anytime soon and they turned me again any of them until I feel like they actually care about what they do and their customers!

If you can avoid from going to this place do it. My chicken was dry and my wife's chicken was dry it was supposed to be a wet sauce and it was very little sauce on it very unflavorful we waited an hour to get just our chicken the fries came out 15 minutes later. The bill was overcharged by double. And we didn't get any refills unless we asked on drinks. Oh and just to get an update we had to flag the waitress down to find out where our food was.

We've been there several times and everything was fine, but on our last visit the service was beyond terrible. They let us know there were orders ahead and we agreed to stay. The problem is that the waitress didn't even take our order. We sat down and she asked us to give her a minute, which turned into 30 minutes. When she finally came back to take our order, she only offered us drinks, she didn't even ask us if we were ready to order. We asked for two beers, she said she'd be right back with them and that "I'll be right back" never happened. 30 minutes went by, 40 more minutes until it turned into an hour and she never even brought the beers. She looked over at us every now and then and didn't even apologize for being late. When she finally came to the table she remembered she still hadn't brought us the beers, she turned around and went to get them and again she didn't come back. After another 20 minutes, we decided to leave. We'd been waiting for at least two hours for service, and nothing. They should check on the staff. It's one thing if there's a delay in the kitchen, and that's understandable, but when the staff can't even bring us a beer or apologize, that's terrible.
