Waited for over 30 minutes for someone to come at least get drink order. The hostess came to get it to help the server, not even sure who that would be as they never came to our table. Take out orders were backed up and sitting across from us and asking for a manager. We finally left. We tried this place after hearing it was under new management in hopes it would be better. Sadly it is not. Would not waste my time going back ever again.

Cold food lunch was deserved one dish at a time with a hour wait till they started to serve and then they added 13 dollars to our bill why not sure but we didn’t pay the extra and walked out befor the last two dishes were served we payed for what they did serve but this was our first time and last watch your bill they are over charging y’all

The service was ok until it came to placing a food order to go while we were drinking. I was amazed at how fast the wings came back. We ordered 15 wings, mild, lemon pepper, and teriyak. We left after getting the food. I went to my car and was going to eat one otw home. To my surprise I got hard wings barely sauced or seasoned and it looked like it was stale and had been sitting out forever. It wasn’t hot at all. I immediately went back inside the Sumter, SC establishment. I went back to the bartender/sever and explained that the wings were not hot nor fresh. She says that’s how they cook them and that even if I had requested fresh wings it would take 30mins and they wouldn’t be hot still. I’ve never heard this is my entire life. She was nice until we can back to complain about the wings and it was like she wasn’t surprised at all! She gave me a ticket back with just the drinks being charged and I’m waiting on my money to come back on my card this morning. I spent 34.87 and she gave me a ticket back for 10.50. When we were walking outside a group outside stopped us and said did they give y’all old wings too! We stated yes that’s why returned the food and they said they had the same experience too! I won’t be going back there anytime soon and they turned me again any of them until I feel like they actually care about what they do and their customers!

If you can avoid from going to this place do it. My chicken was dry and my wife's chicken was dry it was supposed to be a wet sauce and it was very little sauce on it very unflavorful we waited an hour to get just our chicken the fries came out 15 minutes later. The bill was overcharged by double. And we didn't get any refills unless we asked on drinks. Oh and just to get an update we had to flag the waitress down to find out where our food was.

We've been there several times and everything was fine, but on our last visit the service was beyond terrible. They let us know there were orders ahead and we agreed to stay. The problem is that the waitress didn't even take our order. We sat down and she asked us to give her a minute, which turned into 30 minutes. When she finally came back to take our order, she only offered us drinks, she didn't even ask us if we were ready to order. We asked for two beers, she said she'd be right back with them and that "I'll be right back" never happened. 30 minutes went by, 40 more minutes until it turned into an hour and she never even brought the beers. She looked over at us every now and then and didn't even apologize for being late. When she finally came to the table she remembered she still hadn't brought us the beers, she turned around and went to get them and again she didn't come back. After another 20 minutes, we decided to leave. We'd been waiting for at least two hours for service, and nothing. They should check on the staff. It's one thing if there's a delay in the kitchen, and that's understandable, but when the staff can't even bring us a beer or apologize, that's terrible.

I never leave reviews but this one pissed me off. I just ordered 20 wings with fries, a burger with fries and some ultimate nachos. Everything but the burger bun was cold and stale... The fries were completely not edible, the nachos were completely stale with barely anything on it I've had poor quality from this location before but never like this.

In the last few years this location has gotten slowly worse and worse with their customer service and food quality which is very upsetting. After a long day my husband and I decided to order food to pick up for dinner. We both ordered Ceasar Salads which looked very appealing online. Unfortunately only one of us can eat tonight, after selecting NO parmesan cheese for my salad due to having a dairy ALLERGY we make it home and both salads have parmesan cheese. And we were both looking forward to croutons, it would be nice to know if they were out or just forgot.
Please do better, be aware of food that have the "NO" selected because that's very important.
After the last few experiences at this place, I'm most likely not going back.

Nice place to get some nice food and drinks. Friendly staff. I do not understand the low rating by others. Potentially it has to do with the little waiting time? well it beats me. We were kind of happy with the food, drink and atmosphere. So we went there twice during our week. And I would come back if im in the area.
Cold wings and fries, you can tell oil hasn’t been changed. If I told them I want hot food they probably put it back in fryer to warm it up. Not satisfied at all. Can’t wait until Wing stop opens up, hopefully it will be better.

We go there since this is closest one to our house 45 min drive and it wasn’t busy at all. We waited for over 10 min to just order drinks and almost left and then decided to just wait it out. Then ordered our appetizers and food. We got our food, didn’t get the appetizer until we were packing up food to go. Never got the regular mustard we asked for. Had to flag down waitress for one refill. She was super nice but really needs to be more aware, that when drinks are on the edge of table empty thought out meal you need to refill. We always tip very generously when we are out and don’t ask much, but refills are nice. Someone please spend time and retrain a little. This is disappointing when you spend 50.00 to eat leaving and wish you had spent your money else where or age at home.

This place is so bad, you'd think there's a hidden camera somewhere... Placed an order, after 30 minutes after their estimated time, they bring something out. 3 out of 5 wrong. Go back, and then come out again with 2 still wrong. Then after an hour, get notified they were out of garlic parm all of a sudden. After an hour and a half, got tired and left. Still never got refunded for the garlic parm. Had to be a hidden camera somewhere. No way people are actually this dumb...
