Im part of a company that travels for work so we usually find a spot and stick to it in the town we are in. We go here regularly not just because the food is good its the welcome we get everytime we show up like we are family from the area, Felicity is our go to waitress she is always treated us with respect, kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended to stop in have a bite to eat and enjoy the family friendly atmosphere that is provided by the one of a kind staff!

Hate to do this because I don’t like bad reviews but this was the worst bww I’ve been to and management needs to undergo customer service training here…. Waited 15 minutes to even be greeted with waters, waited over an hour for our food that was cold…. My brother had to hunt down the manager and waiter to complain and it just seems no one cares about their job…
Do better management because this is your fault.. unacceptable

Delicious food served hot and well prepared! The atmosphere is fun and the building is very well kept! Our table was clean and the overall experience was great! Despite being very busy our server Nikki (hope I spelled it correctly) was very attentive and kind! She made sure we were thoroughly taken care of and had an amazing attitude! Truly, was wonderful!

This is the worst BWW that I’ve ever been to. Arrived on a Friday late afternoon/early evening and the restaurant was less than half full. Half the empty tables weren’t even bussed and the floor is absolutely disgusting while they had 3 servers taking care of the entire restaurant. I asked to sit at a high top and was told I couldn’t by the hostess bc the server ‘wasn’t taking tables’ because of an upcoming party. Mind you there were 8 empty high tops and only 1 was being used.
I waited at my table for awhile and never got a server to come so I ended just ordering to-go. As I wait for my to-go the people waiting at the door keeps piling up and the hostess is no where to be found for the most part.
To top it all off there’s a top 10 college football matchup on and there’s garbage music being played in the background with no audio from any sports games. How is this possible?
Erika at the bar told me my veterans ID was a spouses ID and made me feel so terrible. She caused a scene and the Manager came to correct her and told her my ID was indefinite. She said she is a spouse and she knows what it looks like. I did not serve this country to get treated like that. She ruined my time there for veterans day. I will never go there again and she needs more training before she goes and tell actual veterans that been to war that they are a spouse. I'm not saying spouses did not do their part for the home front but I'm no spouse. I felt so violated and disgusted everyone was looking at me like I didn't deserve to be there for veterans day. My family and I will never go there again. She needs more training and she should never do that again to another veteran. I'm very disappointed in the buffalo wild wings brand to have someone representing the company like that.
After this happened Buffalo wild wings reached out to me in a big way. They really do care about who they have representing them and how their customers are treated. I must say even though that happened to me it was just one employee. They truly are a great team and a great brand. I am applauding the effort and commitment to keep this brand strong. Thank you to the team that reached out to me I really do appreciate it. I changed my rating because it really did touch my heart.

If you're picking up an order, CHECK IT. They have gotten an order right twice in my last ten over the last year. Someone is either chronically swiping food or they just do not care. Absolutely absurd service all around. Likely the only reason this place is open still is every six months the base gets a flood of new deployers that don't know better...
Dining in is fine, only cause they can't forget your order and make you wait the extra time after you've already arrived to fix it.

I travel for a living. I can honestly say this is the absolute worst BWW I have ever been in!!! Went in on NFL Sunday. Nov 2, 2025. Sat at a table for 15mins. No one even greeted me, less take my order. Stopped a server. Asked for a game to be put on. No game never saw anyone again. Gave them another chance on Monday Night Football. Sat at a table. Again no greeting or service. 3 servers walked passed my and didn't say a word. Place was not busy. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Place was dead and I asked to have a table in the bar area, hostess girl told me no…which instantly ruined it for me. They took forever to come take my order and then the nachos were colder than the beer. Beer was exceptional, highlight of the meal.
