My food was great but they were out of a couple of things that's what I feel they should fix and the service was great

Some new manager DeAnna had a really Nasty customer service stance, when trying to clarify what was asked for" Almost like a bully". Then double charged my card after lying about a refund. 0/5 broad ST location is highly recommended

I was there between 12:25-12:33pm I ordered two chicken wraps, a medium fry and a medium Sprite. I got all of them instead of the Sprite and I asked the lady when she had my food. Where is my drink? She took my receipt and that I didn’t asked for a sprite and she said that this is Kristin receipt I said this my receipt said no ma’am that is Kristin ticket. (She never asked for my name.)She went back inside and come out said I didn’t order a drink. But it was on the receipt I told her yes I did. She got a big attitude to me and I did not like that at all I paid $10.41 for my food and tell me how is three things is for $10.41!!! I feel like she think I was lying 🤬
Have video of employees putting on eyelashes n doing hair at the dining tables and then went back to serve customers and then came back to the dining area and continued their beauty sessions smfh 😡😡😡

I'd give this location a negative star if I could. Staff is always rude when I come here and food is a 50/50 chance it'll be fresh or cold and hard as a rock, there is no in-between.

The worst customer service I ever experienced. The people who worked here treated me like trash. All should be treated equally. Everyone around me got served quickly but I was told hold on. Shut the doors or get new staff.
